Great room if you need to stay close to Airport.

I arrived to bangkok really late at night and had a flight to Samui early morning. this hotel located 10 mins from the airport and he rate was pretty fair for one night - I was there for nine hours. The workers were nice and helpful (it was my first night in Thailand ever) and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel offer a free shuttle back to airport which was really nice and easy.

Nothing special about this hotel, close to the airport so anything will do, room was clean which is the most important thing. it's a cheap option for a stop over in Bangkok International Airport

Great Airport stop

The hotel is practical for a transit stop in Bangkok. The rooms are clean and big enough. We stayed in the annex which was newly furnished. We did not like the plastic cover on the matresses. The staff was friendly but a bit unexpirienced. The location is not very impressive and in the evening there is not much to do. However it is good value for your money. The transfer to the Airport very early in the mornig was fast and punctual. We would stay again there when in transit.

This is a very conveniently located hotel. They provide 24/7 transportation to the airport free of charge. It runs every 1/2 hour. The rooms are a good size and have comfortable beds.
Breakfast was very mediocre but there are good little rice shops around the area so that wasn't much of an issue. Found a great one near by named Pink N Paul - great Thai food but not great Western food.
No elevator in the hotel so just be aware of that. We would stay again anytime.

I picked up this hotel just because of its location. round trip for airport is convenient for short stay. The shower experience was really terrible, there was no hot water at all.
The most unhappiness happened afterwards. I left my earings on the table. but when i called back the next day, I was told the earing dissappeared. unbelievable! how could the earing disappeared.I called again to the reception, asking for double check, but was told they can not help as the housekeeper said he did not see the earing in my room. how come!
this is really unhappy experience in the Thong Ta hotel. I bet i will not stay in this hotel again! if guest lost things in the hotel, the hotel is supposed to keep the staff for guest, that was my experience in other hotels. how could Thong Ta hotel treat guest like that!
I will not recommend my friends stay in this hotel!

I have stayed here many times. It is an excellent place while in transit through Bangkok.
Hotel Feature Tip:
You stay here because you are flying in and out of the country. My tip would be to enjoy the room and get some sleep, not much going on around outside of the hotel.

Absolutely fantastic
Great room, good location,great staff.

Was ammazed at how nice the room is , inside it has everything you need.
THe only thing missing as far as IAm concerned is an iron.
Pick up and drop off at the airport was smooth and easy.
10minute drive to hotel. Room was great. Small market at the end of the street where u can eat.staff friendly and helpful. No lift so u have to climb stair, ii didn't see this as aproblam.. Will definately stay here again.
Travel tip:
When arriving at the airport, just go to exit 4. The staff will arrange for yuou to be pi ked up.
