Friendly hotel close to airport
Close to airport with free shuttle and free breakfast

My flight arrived late, wasn't easy to locate the shuttle, no sign with my name was evident. Managed to find a guy with my hotel name on it eventually, but had to wait sometime to get a ride to the hotel which was only about 10 minutes away. Reception was friendly and checking in was prompt. My room was quite good, no complaints really. Breakfast was ok, but the service and friendliness here was not as good as the reception. Was able to get the free shuttle back to the airport without a problem.
Travel tip:
Best option to get to city centre was to take the hotels free shuttle to the airport and catch the train, either the express or standard train. Easy!

Nice hotel for the price

I stayed here when my Mom was flying in from the U.S. and we both thought this was a nice hotel. I'm not used to staying in nicer places, so this was a step up from the usual place I stay in Bangkok. There isn't much surrounding it, but we got in late and then took the ride back to the airport to take the BTS into the city.

when i came to suvarnabhumi, hotel staff met me and transferred me with other customers to hotel on a free minibus. when we came to hotel, driver helped me with bags. thai lady at reception was very friendly. room was very nice and big, it has a hot shower, tv with cable channels, aircon, refrigerator, free wireless internet, free tea and coffee bags, it has even electric kettle, hairdryer, umbrellas and flashlight. also in room was small balcony. it's very good hotel with reasonable price. the only one minus is that hotel not far from airport, it means that you will hear noise of planes, but it's not too loud, you can sleep well.

Our forth stay here, perfect for a night. Dependable transfer, good sleep and breakfast is waiting in the morning.

Make sure to book in advance if you need to return to the airport the next day.

Value-for-money hotel with rooms for improvement

Pleasant environment and good for budget travelers.
Customer Service Feedback:
Female hotel receptionist on 14 Nov 2012 between 9-10AM (only 1 female during this time) who is sitting on the PC needs to improve in her service. No smile and has serious attitude problem. She is not suitable to be positioned at hotel front desk or any customer facing jobs. More suitable for non-customer facing roles.
The rest of the hotel staffs are warm, smiling and helpful.
Cons: Wifi Standard can be improved.
Wifi username given upon checkin does not work. Wifi username given over the phone also didn't work. Have the create many usernames and tried everyone of them. Very unprofessional.

great stay close to airport
super convenient location to airport - complimentary shuttle pickup/drop off - clean, neat rooms and great staff.

The Thong Ta is an up and coming stop over for travelers, especially for the overnight and short-term stays.
Convenient location close to airport - travel time to/from airport 10-12 mins.
Hotel resturant is great with additional small food shops and 7-11 close by.
Great staff, clean rooms, and nice appearance.
