Helpful and friendly staff, quiet location about 300m off the main road, fast (free) wifi in the rooms
Staff don't speak much English, breakfast didn't have much variety
Overall I'd stay here again if I needed to be in the area, but it's not a great base for tourists. However the boat down the nearby Saen Saeb Canal is a fast way to get into the city. The hotel caters to busloads of tourists who arrive late at night and leave early in the morning so independent travellers get a very peaceful daytime and more attention from the staff (and I was given a nicer corner room). The arrival of the tourist buses was not too noisy and I slept through it most nights. The room was spotless and given a thorough cleaning every day.
Restaurant Tip : The cafe at Lumphini Ville serviced apartments a few hundred metres east down the main road is a reasonable place to eat.

Friendly staff eager to please. Room fairly large with desk and small dining table and chairs.
Limited bathroom amentities (just soap and shampoo); supposedly free internet in lobby is ridiculously slow to the point of being non-functional; rather long walk to main road. Not much English spoken.
This hotel is located in the Bangkapi area of Bangkok, within walking distance of Bangkapi shopping mall, which is frequented mostly by Bangkok residents. It was rather close to the airport (about 140 baht early morning Sunday by taxi). The walk to the mall is not too far, but not too close either in the Bangkok heat. The location is not ideal if you are a tourist who wants to see major Bangkok attractions. I did not try the breakfast since I had an early flight. Staff very friendly and tried hard to be helpful but not much English spoken here.

restaurants nearby massage salon in neatly secure the building
The restaurant is a little weird hours. there is at 22hrs and then they were suddenly closed or the chef was not there that day: S breakfast was on the other hand was ok the food not only keep them warm.
I thought everything is nice there. It is safe (we went at 23.00 even step outside for a stroll), there are plenty of restaurants nearby and a number 7elevens. Take also a look at the Mall Bangkapi it is / -10 minutes walk away. Good hotel ..! I like! I would definitely stay there again if I ever go to Thailand.
Restaurant Tip : St. Horn restaurant. if you anticipate the street is the opposite delicious meal there. You can TRADTIONAL bbq and an iron ball on your barbecue and meat in a chute next to blanch your vegetables very nice ..!
