If you have to do one memorable action in your life stay at this hotel. I had lounge access which was quite superb. Food and drink was available from 6am until 6pm when the restaurant linked to the lounge opens. My room was on the 57th floor the lounge the 52nd. If there was any critisismn it would be the lifts. When busy access between floors was very slow. Especially in the evening when day trippers are visiting the Sky bar on the 63rd floor. It would help if you coue the fire escape stairs but you cannot
