Good value for the money. The staff is friendly. The service can be slow sometimes so you need to check back with the staff to make sure they are working on your request. I've stayed at the Twin Towers several times now. Overall I would give them a B+ rating. It is a good hotel for the value.
Hotel Feature Tip : I requested an early check-in and was told to wait 30 min. After waiting one hour I checked back with them and the room was ready. Don't assume that they will inform you, double check with them.

F&B outlet not attractive, food not delicious hotel location is a bit away from business area, no attraction around hotel. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Big lobby area but looked a bit empty. Food and beverage outlets are not attractive enough. Room is big but a bit smelly. Overall is ok compare with price.

Excellent service, priceworthy rooms, good breakfast buffe The extra charge for using the fitness room. I think that should be included the room rates. A priceworthy hotel with excellent service,nice breakfastbuffe. The twin Tower Hotel is located close to railwaystation and central shopping areas.
Shopping Tip : If you are up to buy some gold there is a good goldsmith just nearby the hotel
