good value for money
The hotel staff was very nice; The pool is nice and clean. Close top the shopping area (20-40 baht by TUK TUK).
8.3
This hotel is good value for money. It is quit cheap hotel, but gives a lot for it. It is very close to the shopping area, its pool is nice, big and clean, and very nice to relax there after the noise travel in Bangkok.
The restaurant near the pool is very good. In the evening we found it nice to sit in the nice Lobby Bar and hear the Piano.

Service OK
Quite good value for money
6.7
I have stayed in this hotel many times and find it comfortable and quiet.
It has good facilities a nice pool and gym
The breakfast is excellent with a good choice of food for all guests.
It is slightly away from the main tourist areas but they do have a free tuk tuk sevice to nearest mall and trainstation.
Shopping Tip:
Get a taxi to MBK shopping complex.

Twin Tower Hotel review
Excellent staff, excellent room, clean and #1 service as always.
9
Largest disappointment was with AGODA, not the hotel which gave me a room with no breakfast! This was a first, all other travel agencies include breakfast for this hotel. If this is same as next trip to Bangkok, then I will use another agency. Please try and fix this....dont go cheap, it makes your company look like it is only looking for money instead of service. I tried calling but never got a live person. Once I did get an operator but they cut me off and I never got an answer again. Did the Red-Shirts lock you out of your offices at Central World?
Hotel Feature Tip:
Staff will help you no matter how difficult.

Another fine stay
The hotel is spacious, staff are friendly, good shopping close ot hotel.

I have used the Hotel Twin Towers now for about three years. The first time I did stay for four nights and the staff made me feel right at home.
After that I have only been able to stay for single nights on a number of accasion's, but still the staff make you feel part of a family. That is much better than feeling like a customer.
Shopping Tip:
Ask the reception where the best shopping in the area for the things you wont. ie:- Clothing, electonics, computing and so on. There is a large solection.

A Good Hotel at A Reasonable Price
Nice and clean room. Receptionist are nice and helpful. We are well welcomed, and dring our stay at difficult time in BKK, we have given good advice from all the staff here.
7.7
I have been here a few times, due to the clean room, and friendly environment and at reasonable price. I would reccomend to travellers looking for a nice place around BKK and shopping areas and at good rate. Around the hotels, we found some nice foods on sidewalk. Please make sure when you do take a TukTuk around this area, bargain for price and don't agree when they ask for 1 stop to any shop. Hotel also near the Lotus Super market for some food, snack and other stuff.
Shopping Tip:
Near central shopping town in Bkk (ie. Siam Paragon. Central and Zen etc). While those areas were closed in April, we alternatively went to Emporium which is not too far by Skytrain.

Good value, good location
Low price, comfortable accomodation, handy location
8.7
Twin Towers Hotel is good value for money and whilst not in an area full of bars and shopping centres, is very close to MBK Shopping Centre and is only a short cab ride away to other areas of interest. And more importantly - at present anyway - it is out of the red-shirt demonstration area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If shopping at MBK, take the hotel's 30 Baht p.p. tuk-tuk (book with the concierge). The tuk-tuk can also take you to other places (for a set price) but you need to ask. If you want to experience a tuk-tuk ride but don't want to get ripped off by the general tuk-tuks, this is a good option.

Comfortable
Big rooms, nice swimming area, good dining
8.7
Twin Towers Hotel rooms are very spacious. They might not be stunningly beautiful but they are pleasant enough, very comfortable and clean and tidy. Recently, new carpets have been installed in the rooms and the rooms certainly feel brighter and cleaner as a result. As a woman travelling alone, I feel safe in this hotel too.
Shopping Tip:
For last minute souvenirs/gifts, try the small shop at the back of the hotel lobby (near the lifts). Prices are surprisingly reasonable.

Great Experience
Nice Clean and Professional Front Desk Staff At least the two or three times I had business at the front desk they spoke English well and took special effort to help me.
9.3
I have stayed many places in Bangkok (I live in Thailand and travel into BKK on business). The twin towers is one of my favorite large hotels. It has very nice up-to-date rooms, the staff is friendly. It is not in a seedy area. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a full service hotel near the commercial area.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I enjoyed walking the backstreets behind the hotel. Lots of local commercial activity. I think this must be a center for taxi repair.

Quiet hotel with nearby conveniences
quiet location with conveniences in walking distance
8.7
People wonder why I always stay at Twin Towers Hotel as it is not in the middle of a shopping area. That however, is the reason I like the hotel! I like being in a quiet area/street. This is not to say that the hotel is not centrally located, it is. Shopping areas, tourist sights and the airport are all conveniently reached in a taxi. Also, just outside the hotel grounds you can find a mini mart, post office and massage shop. Inside the hotel grounds is a bank with a great exchange rate plus an ATM - very convenient indeed.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
To save money, always use a meter taxi. Have the bellboy call one in for you. Ignore the offer of a private taxi (from the desk just outside the entrance door of the hotel) and ignore the taxi drivers and tuk-tuks calling out to you just outside the hotel. When in the cab, ensure that the driver turns on the meter and do not accept any offer of a set price fare. When going to the airport, ask the taxi driver to go on the expressway. It is an extra 70 Baht (presently) but it is much quicker.
