We enjoyed our stay,hotel was very clean and spacious with plenty of dining areas.The hotel lobby is very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating. Beautiful pool area but pool could do with a little maintenance as some tiles were missing on pool floor.Also the shower head in bathroom needs changing as you cannot direct the water it seems to be fixed in one place. other than that I would definitley stay there again. This is a very tourist hotel quite close to BMK shopping centre which should only cost 50Bht by Tuk Tuk.

We were very greatfull for early check in (10am). Nice pool. Large beds.

This is terrible experience in this hotel. The staff is so irresponsible. The day when i checked out, i let the staff tell the taxi driver to take me to the local airport, but the staff told the driver to take me the international airport. I only have one and half hours left to check in, i was so worried and the taxi driver didnt know speak english at all. That is must be joke. I called the hotel many times to complain, the hotel just replied me they cant make any compensation about it and tried to push the resonponsibilities. It is not about money, it is about the customer service. The hotel after I checked out, the staff was so rude to treat customer. Never never to stay in this hotel.
The location is terrible as well, it doesn't close to any public transport. U have to bargain everyday with the tuk tuk or taxi to go some places, they always ask really high price which really annoying. The food everyday is same. The room is old, not modern at all. Don't trust the pics in the web, not real.
