Hotel is clean but staff is untrustworthy.
The room I stayed was clean.

We arrived at the hotel around 4. We had a reservation. But the room was not ready yet. They just made me wait at lobby. They did not even give an alternative place to stay until the room got ready. I felt very very unsatisfied with their service.
One more thing, this hotel charges joiner fee. If your purpose is night life, we do not recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel for a budget one
Price, superior room is large and good decoration, good public transportation.

I've booked a superior room. The room was ok, clean, large, nice bathroom. Its location is OK, in the large Soi 3, but the street is a one way street. So if you want to get back to the hotel from Sukhumvit, the better way is walking. The sky train is at 10 or 15 minutes walking, ok for me.

Its really very good to stay in this hotel its near every thing u imagin and staff are very good and co-operating with guest i book stander room but they updat it wiht delux room without any extra charges..its really value for money hotel..i will book it again and again if they dont take joiners charges from in house guests....

Good location for Bumrungrad but small rooms

It was convenient for the hospital. I wasn't happy with the staff. My room wasn't very clean either. I would stay again because of the price, but if you don't need help at the front desk or anything special, it will work for you.

During the course of waiting one lady manager (came from the back office) in partular was extremely rude accusing me of all sort nd raising her voice(i managed some how to remain calm) to the hearing of another guest waiting to check-in. He was horrified with her attitude and leaped to my defence which in reply she attacked him verbualy. The situation became so unpleasant, police was called and the woman insisted the man leave the hotel who by now had checked-in. It was only at this point, I got very angry and the police tried to calm things down as he guided me towards the door to my waiting taxi for the airport but not without first giving her a piece of my mind.
I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel because of their lack of professionalism and respect for guest in dealing with problems.

The breakfast was included and the airport shuttle to and from the hotel was very punctual.

The airport pick up that was provided by the hotel was extremely punctual. It left right when we got off the airplane. It's a clean, basic hotel for lay overs and it is close to the airport.
