This hotel is not located where the Agoda map shows. It is located right on the canal and good walk from the hotel to the Tram. The hotel appears nice from the lobby but the standard rooms are old and rundown, however the bed was clean and large, the TV worked, the shower and tub worked well but water was only warm. AC was adequate and breakfast was good enough. Did not use pool but it was clean and small. got the free breakfast package but had to get a breakfast coupon every morning from the front desk.
Hotel Feature Tip:
This Hotel is a typical Asian 3 Star, everything works just good enough to work, no extras, communication is easy, tram is close enough.

The room was shabby and the AC was old and rumbling. The pool was good enough for a child or a paddle but not for a serious swim. The staff were attentive. The taxi mafia could be a bit of a pain along that part of Soi 3.

Electronic door not working many times. (Key problem) be ready to run to the reception a few times.Carpet dirty and stinky. Non smoking rooms smells like a tobacco burning factory.
When we come in the afternoon still rooms not cleaned and towels missing.
Came into the room twice while sleeping (8.30am) bell ring and before you can even say something the cleaning lady is in the room. Pictures on the internet and what you get is totally different. Maybe pictures are 10 years old or it was never like the pictures. After 4 days we changed hotel.

It was a pleasant stay @ Unico Express. Although the breakfast was not that good, overall the stay is plesant and comfortable.
Travel tip:
It is a oneway (Sukhumvit Road 3) and this hotel is located near the back entrance of the Road. Almost all the cab drivers knows this hotel. So if you come in BTS, just get down in Nana station and make a walk instead of taking a taxi or tuk-tuk. Because they will make a big round through Sukhumvit to get enter in to this Oneway Road.

This hotel is reasonable but can be deceiving because if you book the cheapest room it not too good and they will try to upgrade you at a higher price. Better to book the better room on the internet as it comes much cheaper. It is located in a very good area with all types of nightlife around. Food is not so good so it is recommended that you find something to eat outside in one of the many restaurants around.
