I'd booked 1 week before but still can't check-in at 2pm. I needed to wait until 4.30pm and be offered with room upgraded which didn't improve things much.

The hotel is in a great location in that shopping, subway, etc are all close by. the added advantage is that there are no vendors, etc hanging about on the streets in the proximity of ther hotel. The staff are friendly and make the efforet to ensure your stay is a great one. Again, I would choose the superior rooms as I think one gets the best valeu for their money at this level.

The hotel is very closed to Makkasan station (about 15-20 mins taxi ride) of which you can take an express train to and from suvanabhumi airport. Though I had a bit of a problem travelling around due to the one-way street the hotel is on. The room I stayed in was fairly nice but I wasn't so impressed with the staff's ability to converse in English. During my stay the water wasn't running and it took them the whole night to fix it, I didn't even get to take a shower that day. Overall, it is an ok-not-too-bad hotel for the price they're offering though I don't think I would go back there again.

room is small and the door of bath room is glass so if u have persons on u room they will see u oooh..
the pig problem that the water was cutting from hotel stell 20 hours and the staff got a bottel of water to room and if u want to talke shower u can go to pool huh..
the breakfast is same same evry day

As a Californian, I found the English language skills at the front desk to be inadequate. The front desk always seemed somewhat disorganized, not really friendly, and weakly trained.

very small rooms, pool was shaded during the day and very small. no water for two days of our stay which was very frustrating and if you stay in a superior room the bathrooms have glass walls. fine if you are a couple but not if you are two friends sharing a room. all in all you can get far better for your money elsewhere in bangkok.
Restaurant Tip:
Great food court in the Siam Discovery centre just off the Sky train line.

i arived at late night and i have been warmed recived by receptionist then i have given my room the first day was ok but next day the water supply to the hotel cut off and continue for two days without water the hotel staff did nothing . the swimming pool very cold has no heating system the breakfast is poor not many farieties mostly thai food.
Restaurant Tip:
very near to restaurants ,taxi and most attractions places.
