well rooms are not same in the differnet floor. last time i stayed the rooms are same in the picture but this time rooms are very old and furnitures are also very old

economy room is lousy. bathroom is inferior qualit

First I booked economy room - bathroom was inferior quality. A/C was broken and hanging.Then I shifted to deluxe room. No small( hand ) towel( previously provided ). No tissue.No foot towel in bathroom. Bath room hand shower can not be fixed during shower.

on ground floor it was nice and clean how ever I can not say the same thing about the bedrooms and upper floors. rooms were dirty TV was broken, windows were dirty, rooms were smelly (cigarettes smell), carpet dirty...
how ever staff was helpful big thank you to night manager. he actually listened and helped us out.
i would not stay here again the rooms are to dirty even just for a night or two.

I stay in the new wing which is renovated, change a few rooms until i gave up.
1. TV and Aircon not working well. at night the aircon is very noisy.
2. No rubbish bin
3. No cabinet or hangers for the clothing
4. No privacy in the toilet as it is able to see though.
5. No floor towel in the toilet. The whole area will be wet after bathing
6. A good 15-20min walk from the hotel to the nearest NANA BTS.
Overall, not very good experience. if budget travelling, this maybe be the hotel.
