Hi. Hotel was avarage. This area is centrally located. Easy access to transport- bts nana station 10-15 min walk, metro sukhumvit 20 min walk. Very close to Bumrungrad hospital. Hotel is located in arabic district. Rooms need little improvement.swimming pool was nice after hot days in Bangkok.
I stay at 9 floor but Internet in the rooms very low signal.

You get what you pay for.
The hotel was inexpensive, close to Bumrungrad, and staff was nice.

The hotel is older and the room was was in need of a major update. Older furniture and older carpet. It is a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. This street was not so lively and was a predominantly Arab/Muslim street. It is still touristy so prices were higher than expected at the restaurants/bars. Easy access to Skytrain and Expressway.

The stay was sufficiently comfortable. This was my second stay and second room "type". The room types were a bit deceiving from what I would expect - I would expect "superior" to actually be superior to deluxe, but that's not the case. I liked the deluxe room far better than the superior one. While the superior definitely had a better TV and nicer decor, it didn't even have a window. The deluxe had a pretty nice bank of windows and it was considerably bigger, had a more comfortable bed and had a little sitting area. I would definitely recommend the deluxe over the superior. I would also recommend that if there is more than one person staying in the room, and you can get the special deal to include breakfast, do it - my first stay I choose the breakfast route and my second I didn't - it was much more convenient and cheaper to have that option available to me. That being said, the breakfast itself is not spectacular, but it is edible with sufficient variety.

On positive side the room was very nice with decent sized bed and proper bedroom. However the first room we were offered was a window-less cigarette stinking dump, second room was good.
The pool is small but OK for one time swimming.
Taxis from Sukhumvit cannot drive directly to hotel because Soi 3 is one-way towards Sukhumvit. Taxis need to take long ride from Sukhumvit to the hotel. Walking from Nana BTS is about 15 minutes, not fun in hot or with high heels. I cannot recommend this hotel because of the location problem.
