Let me sum it down we were booked in for 2 nights we left after one!! It was discusting the sheets were not clean we got bitten by what ever was in the bed one of my family member refused to sleep under the covers! And that was a SO CALLED DELUX ROOM my advice to whoever books here DONT!!! spend the extra money and go some where nice the pictures about this hotel is decieving and it looks nothing like it.. The buffet was terrible to.. Not happy and that's why went went to stay at the aloft!!

bad location. this hotel located on the one-way & very busy street, sukumvit 3, so most taxi will say 'no' you if you tell him you want to go to this street. the street where hotel located majority has indian people, indian restaurant, indian language(just so you know).to conclude, the hotel's street is too jammed for taxi to go & too far for you to walk to the bts station. won't clean the room if you don't press "make up room" button on your door. buffet only for breakfast and it's baht. the hotel is small. the service is good. the superior room doesn't have window!

room was of decent size but have cigrattes smell when you switch on the aircon.
breakfast variety not a lot and taste fairly ok
location of hotel to the nearest bts is about 15-20mins walk
the staff was friendly and helpful.

I booked my rooms via agoda online reservation the picture and actually room is totally opposite! Rooms are so small and dirty! Staffs like to charge you for every small things and love to cheat on you on every single occation! I' m sure all money they charge customers goes to their staffs pocket! Over all evaluation is extremely bad and suggest to everyone not to book here and if you do they will rip you off! Try to suck your last cent from your pocket!

i have stayed at this hotel before and it is one of my favorite for quick stays in bangkok! the staff always have a smile on their faces and are ready to help! they even upgraded my room from economy to delux for no extra charge, hecause there was no booking in the delux for that night!
Restaurant Tip:
The restaurant at the hotel has Great room service! Yummyyy!
