Hidden hotel with excellent facilities

Was a short one day stay but very pleasant. The staff were excellent.
Knowing that I will arrive to Bangkok at 8 AM with family and children, I made the booking starting the night before to ensure my rooms are avialble.
To my surprise the rooms were rented to others and I had to wait for a couple of hours to get new rooms.
The hotel appologized and compensated me for 3 bedroom suite instead of 2 but the suffering was already done.

The fourth time I have stayed here and I'll definitely be back again. The location is great with 5 mins walk to both skytrain lines and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Spacious rooms and very solicitous staff. What's not to like?

This is a highly recommend apartment from us (group of 4 girls) for leisure travel, just a 5 mins walk to BTS station from the apartment and around 10 mins walk to the central world and big c supermarket. The swimming pool is a nice one and we enjoy to swim there so much. With a good price in booking from agoda website. This is an undeniable excellent apartment to stay. Staff speak good English that we have no communication barrier as well.

Hotel rooms were well sized, comfortable for the 5 of us despite the extra bed in the living room. For the price we paid, the location of the hotel was unbeatable. 5 minute walk to the BTS and easy walking distance to the numerous malls and restaraunts / eateries in the area. Hotel staff were helpful and very pleasant. The hotel was fully booked when I stayed there but that wasnt much of an issue, except at breakfast when the place got pretty crowded

Great location,only 10 minutes walk to Central World, keep quiet in a noisy neighborhood. The room is big enough for our family, we are 4 adults with 2 kids. Nearby there is BTS, but we didn't take, very cheap if you take Taxi to somewhere. I strongly recommend this hotel, and hope I can stay again if there is any chance to visit Bangkok.

Ambience and Cleanliness - thumbs up!
A great bunch of friendly staff. Apartment is well-fitted with amenities - cooking utensils, washing-cum-dryer (great for family)!

We are a family with two young kids. Although we thought that the rate was abit steep, the friendly staff made up for it. The space was good for the kids. The only downside was the Housekeeping forgot to give us bathmat for 3days. It's too late for us to call for service as we always came back very, very late. Poor kids ran on cold floor at night/ morning showers & floor is dangerous especially when wet.
Shopping Tip:
(1) Must go to Chinatown and explore all the small lanes for goodies! Bring alot of $$ with you and a big bag. there're a few good chinese foodshop. :)
