pros:
1) excellent service. personnels were very helpful and initiative
2) good spas around the hotel
3) spacious and beautiful room
4) breakfast was surprisingly good with a different variety of spread every single mornings
5) reasonably priced
6) bed and pillow super comfortable
cons:
1) location not very good. pretty far from major shopping centres and a distance from bts
2) there was no free wifi as stated on agoda website. very very misleading which was a big disappointment
3) room floors was dusty. room service did not bother to vacuum

Very nice rooms, nice and modern with bigish TV and seperate AC in each room. Staff were very nice and helpful and friendly. Great location in the middle of Bangkok, close to most things around Bangkok, at the end of Langsuan road is a very nice park. Great place to stay with kids as the bedrroms are seperate and you can have some alone time.

i and family have been staying in Frazer Urbana Langsuan for may be more than 5 times, and keep coming back. You might need to book in advance to take the superior room, as during peak season it's easily sold out. What i like about the hotel is indeed the location, breakfast is great, in the night time, the restaurant will be six to twelve, which is also one of the top ten list restaurant you must visit in Bangkok. Swimming pool, sauna, and kid station are all provided. If you bring kid with you, i will suggest to take 2 bed room or 3 bed room, they provide kitchen utensil, cuttery, and also laundry machine. Room is minimalis interior design, so i love it. And it's only take 5 mnt walk to Childom center. and 10 mnt drive to Siam Paragon. 5-10 mnt walk to Lumbini park.

Great location, clean but wifi is a disappointment

It has the amazing location of being near the heart of the city but minus the noise n traffic jams. Its accessibility to 2 BTS is an added advantage. Nice quiet street. Good sized clean rooms with new kitchen Equipements. The only setback is a bad wifi system though the front desk and IT staff were very helpful. In fact, most of their staff are very polite and helpful. Wifi Signal is weak and we have to log in whenever we want to use. Sometimes after logging in, we cannot surf the net or even whatsapp. The room keycard needed to be reactivated quite often. The gym is a little too tiny, the steam and sauna rooms areas aren't well maintained. Other than these little yet important hiccups, it's a pleasant stay:)
