the location is good. with lots of restaurant and a supermarket nearby. But, this is not up to the standard of other service apartments in bangkok. The service is slow and is more geared toward long term family stay. If you're looking for an inexpensive hotel alternative, there are better choices for the same price.
My friends got upgraded to a 2 bedroom. They are nice. There seems to be a lot of families staying here and thus they are more geared toward a long term stay. For example:
no room service
can't room charge at the restaurant downstairs
if you need housekeeping to give you more soap or towels, be prepared to wait
Lots of noise in the lobby with tons of families, not business travelers.
I don't regret my stay as the price is good but wouldn't stay here again for a solo traveller. I need more service than what they offer.

I stayed here again 1 night for business trip. This isn't exactly my first choice accommodation along Lang Suan strip. But at the time of booking, it was the best-valued for short-stay, especially for business traveler. Selection of breakfast is kind of narrow, but it's OK if you want a quick American breakfast meal (plus a little bit of Thai dishes) without too much to fuss about. The restaurant ("all Six to Twelve") itself is actually a great restaurant for Thai food, and the price is reasonable. Most importantly, the venue itself is cozy and really is a good place to chill out. Lovely beautiful restaurant. Room was OK. But try to avoid busy season as the staff can be overwhelmed by influx of visitors. Service isn't the best. Overall, it's a good option for budget-conscious people out there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Next to Muse Hotel (Accord), along Lang Suan Road (which is within 3-min walking distance to Urbana Fraser Lang Suan serviced apartment) is a spa/massage place. Pretty decent service they give. I liked the foot massage section as it is really cozy. The rooms are also clean and nice! It's competitively priced as well. Go there when you have the chance.

Good location, big room with good price

It was hard to find a god room for 4 person. But this hotel provided big space especially the kitchen and the living. It was comfortable lie we were living in Thailand. Breakfast was nice, the food and the room. But it will be crowded after 9am , the table was not enough. Check out was too boring to wait, took too much time.

this hotel was formerly the fraiser suites. its about in the middle of lang suan, and about a 10 min. walk to the chitlom bts station.
the room was comfortable, with a full kitchen. the large refrigerator was good to hold cold drinks.
the surrounding area has alot of restaurants, and street vendors. other than the check in staff, the rest of the staff were very friendly and cordial.

We booked for 2bd suite but there was some problem so the hotel upgrade to be 3bd on the higher floor which the view is very nice especially in the night time to see 360 degree of the city view.
Room comes with full facilities which you can cook or wash the cloths, we feel like stay at home. All staff are very nice with a pleasant service.

the hotel was a gem of a find and very well taken care of. the rooms were extremely clean with an updated interior design. i would definitely stay here again. the restaurant was an added benefit that provided great menu for all meals. this location was extremely conducive to walking traffic and sightseeing since it was so close to the skytrain and to downtown bangkok.

Use the Sky Train. Very cheap, quick and reliable source of transportation.
