Oasis of calm amongst great street life

Placed in the middle of the Khao San Road area with its great street life the Villa Cha Cha is also well situated to visit the main tourist attractions in the historic part of Bangkok. This was the second time we had stayed in Bangkok for an overnight stop before getting our internal flight to Krabi. It was an ideal hotel to both recover from the flight and to recharge the batteries after exploring the main tourist sights. The immediate area around the hotel is a hive of activity both during the day and at night and a great place to find cheap street food.
The atmosphere of the Cha Cha is calm and tranquil - a real chill out place. The staff are very helpful and friendly. To our British eyes the hotel was quirky, with interesting Thia decoration. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped and you will find a list in them of the cost of all furnishings from double bed down to teaspoon. On departure your room will be inspected so that you can be charged for any breakages. Look after those teaspoons!
We will certainly use the Cha Cha on our next trip to Thailand and this time will stay longer as both the hotel and the immediate area deserve more time.

Grea location next to Kaosan. Great room pictures but not reflecting the reality at all. Tha room are average.

Fab location
A nice clean hotel, based right in the middle of the hustle of Bangkok. It pool is small, but a great place to hang out and meet new people. very helpful staff

Hotel located in the Bussy Part of Bangkok - very close to Koh San Road and it Nigtlife Atractions. Pleasen to stay over night. We have been just to sleep before departure from Thailand and wanted to remember well the point of meeting for all Backpackers traveling to this country. Very clean and comfortable - althought we did not have a chance to use it's facilities other then room.Overall would recomend for stay in Bangkok for short stop over.

If you like Khao San, this is a great place.

I arrived way before check-in time and after waiting only an hour, they got me into a vacant room. The rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, the shower had hot water, and the bathroom was clean. A few of the lights didn't work in the room, and the carpeting was a bit of a downer, but the view from the room over the pool area coupled with the aircon was nice. It's a bit of a maze trying to figure out how to get to your room from the elevator, and occasionally you could hear others in other rooms, but it was conveniently located and the staff was helpful. I was only there one night (and barely even that), but as I said before, if you like Khao San, this is a good place to stay: it's there in the heart, but tucked away enough that when you're done for the night, you can go home and actually sleep!

This was my third visit to BKK and Khaosan. The hotel is not that cheap for Khaosan but the hotel was okay after including free internet connection. As a Khaosan hotel, this hotel is clean and quiet. The only thing missed is the fridge which is a must for Thai hotel. However there are many convenient stores around, don't worry too much.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Try everything you are interested - you are in Khaosan! There is a good massage shop near to the hotel. I don't remember the name of the place but it is located at the ground floor of Viengtai hotel which is close to Villa Chacha. You can enjoy early-bird price there(2hrs of Thai massage costs only 280 Baht if you enter before noon as far as I remember)

best spot for me..
whn i first arrievd at this place i was dissapointed of the place but at night time when i start going out, u wont regret u stayed here, the swimming pool is until 9pm, delicious food, when u go outside u can see a lot of things to shop caus eits near the market, and many food..

Shopping Tip:
it has everything, shopping, nightlife , sight seeing and etc.. try go out at night and ull understand what im trying to say in this place.. ull enjoy it..
