Decent Apartment in Bangkok

Viva Garden is a nice place to stay in bangkok. It is clean, decent, has a pretty interior design, and the staffs are friendly and communicative. Facilities inside the rooms are complete, such as washing machine, kitchenette, and home entertainment system. The bedrooms are lovely too. We would really love to come back here again, very soon.

The advertised rooms were a lot more homely looking with wooden flooring etc when in reality the rooms were white titles and a little bland. But, the location to the sky train and is very good. Traffic is shocking . It's surrounded with building that look pretty tired but its comfortable. The staff are helpful and very nice as iare most Thai people, but Pattrick, one of the bell boys was fabulous.
Shopping Tip:
Use the trains they drop you off at all the best shopping malls.

My partner and I spent two weeks travelling around Thailand and this hotel provided us with the best service. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable about tourist attractions and spoke great english. They called taxi services for us without the added hotel commission/fee that other hotels charge on top. Only downfall is that it is quite far from Siam.

Beautiful hotel close to the sky train

Room was awesome, pool was nice, staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located far from the city centre, but is located very close to the sky train so accessing the city is very easy. Neat, less touristy area. Would defiantly stay again.

I'm very picky when it comes to hotels when I travel as I do consider EVERYTHING. But I guess, Viva Garden Serviced Residence was up to the challenge as I really thought this was one of the best hotels I've been to. It's not because of their big rooms or the cheap rates, which are perfectly fine, but it's because of their excellent service.
Sonia, in particular, was incredibly hospitable the minute we arrived at the hotel. She gave us a couple of things to do while we wait for our rooms to be available (since we arrived early than the usual check in time). The service here was top notch and I couldn't be anymore happy with it.
The location was a bit far from the "city", but that's not something to complain about because the BTS is just in front of the hotel so it's not as if it's a complete hassle. The rooms were, as I've mentioned, shockingly spacious and it's very afforable.
Oh, and the buffet breakfast was actually good. We almost had the same set for 2 days, but I didn't mind.
