Location, Location, Location. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Price. Hotel coffee shop/restaurant very convenient and reasonable. Good free ($1.00) full breakfast.

This hotel is located adjacent to the Patpong nightlife and market area. That was very convenient. The front desk staff got to know me (I stayed 8 days) very early on in my stay and were very helpful, especially when I lost my ATM card and had to find an American Express office. The restaurant at the hotel was open for breakfast (good, filling full American breakfast for $1.00) and lunch. I do not know about dinner because I always went out for dinner. The taxi desk got me an excellent ride to the airport. The maid staff worked around my often changing schedule to keep my room nice and well made-up. Recommend highly for a very reasonable budget hotel. Oh, they also have massage on premises - I had foot and leg massage - very good.
Nightlife Tip : If you are planning on availing yourself of the services available from the bars in Patpong.

This hotel is very reasonable in price and is located within walking distance of the night market, sky train, and subway. The staff is very helpful. I would say it is a location suitable for adults.
It is difficult to find because it is located at the end of a very small dead end street or alley.
I very much enjoy my stays at this hotel. The price cannot be beat for the location. Their little dining room serves a nice breakfast which sometimes is included in the room price. The rooms are clean but you sometimes see bugs in the bathroom area. The rooms with one bed have a shower and the twin bed rooms have bathtubs. Located near the night market and club area. Walking distance to sky train and subway. A good value.
Travel tip : The night market is steps away. A great way to spend the evening. Many good resturants very close also.

Just that the hotel don't have room service, when you need anything, you'll have to walk to the frontdesk for help.
