good hotel but ordinary service

this is a good hotel which located at a convenient place. the room is also neat and tidy. but the front desk staff were so ordinary, no smile, no passion and no helps to guests. we had been disturbed by others in on day after midnite, they made a lot of noices and held a party on the whole 5th floor. but when we asked the front desk to deal with that and change us to other floor in morning, they just told us if we would be distubed again we should inform them...so poor service which influence the whole impression of the hotel...

Great location w friendly hotel service
Great location to restaurants, shops and nightlife

The room is good and is furnished with bath tubs. The location is central to shops, restaurants and night life. I was greeted by friendly and english speaking hotel staff. For the room i booked, it comes with free breakfast (good food w 3 meal type options) and strong complimentary wifi connections. Overall the hotel is great. I would love to go back and stay at the same hotel next time.

Hotel with a great location but unflexible rules

the hotel is located very near to patpong. a must see nightlife for those who visit bangkok. near to night market. accesible to anywhere.

Very easy to fing, and located down a dead end soi...so no passing traffic which made for a vey quiet stay
They only have one key for the room, so if one person returns then they have no pass for the electric meter in the room...in my case they bent a spoon and inserted this!!!!
Room was well appointed, if showing its age..think of tht sad old chinese look of rooms 20 years ago in Thailand and you will get a good idea.
Nightlife Tip:
Chicken Divine Bar, Patpong 2: great Lady who owns/runs the place..wealth of local knowledge.

i and my friend stay 03 nights at wall street inn hotel. located in a small alley, so this hotel is quite. from this hotel, you can walk to bts station.
room is quite small but clean. staff is very friendly.

Serene hotel in the middle of the chaotic Bangkok
If you wanna stay in a busy city, yet serene, stay here.

The staffs are a delight.
The service is optimum. One day, our hotel was not clenaed up, maybe the house keeping thought we were in the room. But it was resolved.
Travel tip:
It's near Silom, Surawongse, Phat Pong, public trabsport is easy, convenient store is near, bank is near, street food is available all the time near the hotel.

Great Bargain
Price, surprisingly nice rooms, price, location, price

Had a 7 hour layover in BKK at night and wasnt going to spend it at the airport. When I saw the price and location, I decided to use it to leave luggage and shower before going out.
I was amazed how nice and new the room was. I didnt notice the lack of the window in the standard room but there is seldom anything to see from a window in Bangkok.
The staff was pleasant the the location perfect for a little night time carousing.
