location, very helpfull & attentative concierge desk

no hot water on arrival, elevator malfunction

we were disappointed to learn that upon check-in at the hotel, we were not in a position to enjoy a refreshing shower because of a problem with the piping system. for a relatively new hotel and 5* hotel, we were surprised to learn that no pro-active enginering is done but re-active. pro-active maintenance would minimize re-occurance of such an event. we were also disappointed to be found in an elevator malfunction. all elevator suddenly fell out. a very frightening experience as a guest. upon our request to learn the origin of this problem, we were told that this happens more often if the elevators are used intensively. I would suggest that have capacity reviewed and also have someone from the management present upon reopening or doors and appologise for inconvenience caused.

Highly recommended.

Travel tip : Don't get door staff to arrange taxis for you, they come at a cost. Walk 10 metres in either direction and hail one.

Not only close to the train station and a big supermarket, but also good Thai food restaurants and foot massage shops. Very good location.

Restaurant Tip : Cabbages and Condoms is a good restaurant, and not very expensive.
