location, very helpfull & attentative concierge desk
no hot water on arrival, elevator malfunction
we were disappointed to learn that upon check-in at the hotel, we were not in a position to enjoy a refreshing shower because of a problem with the piping system. for a relatively new hotel and 5* hotel, we were surprised to learn that no pro-active enginering is done but re-active. pro-active maintenance would minimize re-occurance of such an event.
we were also disappointed to be found in an elevator malfunction. all elevator suddenly fell out. a very frightening experience as a guest. upon our request to learn the origin of this problem, we were told that this happens more often if the elevators are used intensively. I would suggest that have capacity reviewed and also have someone from the management present upon reopening or doors and appologise for inconvenience caused.
Restaurant Tip : coca restaurant near patpong

Highly recommended.
Travel tip : Don't get door staff to arrange taxis for you, they come at a cost. Walk 10 metres in either direction and hail one.

Not only close to the train station and a big supermarket, but also good Thai food restaurants and foot massage shops. Very good location.
Restaurant Tip : Cabbages and Condoms is a good restaurant, and not very expensive.

Perfect for business travellers who want to stay in the central part of Bangkok.
Since ranked in one of 5 star hotels, price is a bit expensive.
I stayed at this hotel sometime ago and overall satisfied with the amenity they have. The hotel is connected to Robinson department at downstairs and to the BTS station from Robinson.
Perfect amenities for a five star hotel. Breakfast was great: lots of choices and staff were friendly too.
