hello , this is my second time staying at the white palace , if you on a budget this hotel is great ! and the location is just aorund the wholesale district of bangkok, lots of clothes shop around , is the hotel is great value , its old but ok , clean !! rate are good and included breakfast and free wifi! massage downtstair , would stay there again!

this hotel is right at the wholesale district lots of clothes shop , many malls , and a night market at night !

The hotel room needs to be renovated. Its very hold and you can smell the mold. What's really bad was the bed. It had so many lumps that I had to sleep reverse in the bed. Breakfast was free and okay.
FREE Internet is always a plus for me. It makes work and communication very easy. Staff were okay, cant say that any really stood out or above any other hotel. Aslo make sure you stay close to the top floor to avoid street noise.
Shopping Tip:
very close to the market so it makes it easy to shop.

Hotel location is situated in the famous wholesales area where ones can get good selections and wholesale prices. Free Wifi provided in room is a plus for choosing for the stay. Good breakfast. Many locals food stalls near the hotel. Easy access to all types of public transportation.

Hotel easy access to airport-link and within walking distance to Bangkok Skytrain station. There are many food stalls in the area, and hotel location situated near the wholesale area for bargain shopping. Free wifi in room is a plus for the stay.

This hotel is my regular stay each time i come to Bangkok as the location of the hotel is very convenience to many places. SkyTrain station and Airport link station is within walking distance not too far from the hotel which make staying here very enjoyable. Free wifi in room and good daily breakfast.

The hotel is within walking distance from major malls like Platinum and Pantip. After a day's stroll at the malls however, it can be very tiring to walk, so make sure to bargain with the tuktuk drivers to get a good deal back to the hotel. Oftentimes, they will agree to baht, though they will initially ask for 100 baht.
The hotel itself is clean, they provided us with 1 bottle of drinking water for each person everyday. Breakfast is good enough, there's always something for vegetarians to eat.
It is not a fancy hotel but good enough for the price. It has all the basic amenities that one will need like hot and cold shower, cable tv, hair dryer, and clean towels everyday.
I will surely recommend this hotel to my friends who will travel to Bangkok.

The lady assigned at the front desk when we got there was very nice. Even though we forgot to have our vouchers printed, she just had us show her the credit card used to pay for the hotel. Room was pretty big. Although I did not like the size of the bathroom. It was small and if you are taller than 6", you would have a hard time showering as the ceiling is very low. They provide soap and shampoo and towels but not toothbrush, so remember to bring one. In case you forgot, there are lots of 7-eleven around the area for you to buy at.
Shopping Tip:
There's a morning market which opens around 6am around Baiyoke and Indra Regent area. Its a 5-minute (or less) from the hotel.
