Worst hotel ever. Staffs with bad attitude especially 2 front desk guy and can't speak english. Room not clean. Would never ever recommend this hotel to friends and family. Not value for money.

The worst Hotel I have ever stayed in

Terrible, this would rate as the worst hotel I have ever stayed in by a long shot, It was so bad we ended up booking into a hotel 50 meters up the road. It was not only the cleanliness of the hotel which was lacking..... dirty sheets, pillows and walls. It was the general poor maintenance of the hotel... lights that didn't work, a noisy air conditioning unit, no hot water, cracked tiles, a toilet that leaked and old furniture and mattresses stacked in the hallways, I struggle to explain just how poor this hotel was.

It is okay at normal level of comforable staying
easy catch transportation (tuk tuk, taxi...), close to shopping areas, 7-eleven nearby

We thought the swimming pool is ok when we saw on the website, that's 1 of the making decision point of our family. But in fact, the pool is too small, the water is not clean, so disappointed.
