Nice rooms, good security and honest staff. a) The hotel staff are not friendly.
b) The breakfast menu is the same everyday. It is a clean and with good security hotel. It is also very near to the skytrain station (BTS) which is convenient and cheap mode of transport around Bangkok. It is also situated only a walking distance to Soi Cowboy which is a happening night entertainment area. Around the hotel, there are a few massage parlour for tiring legs and also a few 24hrs convenience store.

Quick, efficient check in - (and much improved from what it used to be!)
Friendly, courteous staff.
Good breakfast - not over the top, but good selection.
Good location - near Emporium for movies, shopping.
Size and layout of the suite rooms. A bit of a musty smell in the room - but the staff got some airfresher that helped.
Would be nice to have more tea selections - like Earl Grey, Green Tea.
My family and I have been staying at the Windsor Suites Hotel over the past 10 plus years. We very much like the fact that there are two parts to their counsellor and diplomat suites. So if you have one or two children they can stay in the anteroom and have their own TV and the parents have some privacy in their own room, which has a door and it's own TV. The prices are reasonable for the size of the space available. In many other hotels, a family would need to take two rooms or be very crowded.
This time the room smelled a bit musty - probably a result of years of AC and closed space. Carpets/curtains may need to be upgraded and some freshening up down. Airfreshener helped.
Overall, the staff are very nice and we continue to return, for that reason, and also because of the location.
Restaurant Tip : Little Hanoi is a great little food spot, inside the new food court, at the Emporium Shopping complex.

Clean, great location, good service Car park needs to be better sign-posted from the lobby. Was there with a group of nine others for football tour. Rooms good, spacious and very well appointed;
Check in, service all very good. Car parking a little confusing. Breakfast fine, lobby very good, maybe bar prices a little on the high side. Location very good for Sukhumvit shops and bars;
Price reasonable all in all.

The location of the hotel is very good it is located near the Sky train, Asok station. the Room are clean and decent although the complimentary staff are quite less (no coffee or sugar) the breakfast is very good and the opening time is ok. The only problem is the high price of the internet service which is quit expensive (per day)

Shopping Tip : Avoid shopping in patpong place spcially with the children as some bars are open during night time which may call the attention of the tourist and not good for the kid.

Great location, good food, excellent service and great rates! Avoid the Garden Suites and the internet rates charged are too much. This is the 7th or 8th time that I have stayed here and I will always intend to stay here. The location is excellent for everything. The food and service at the assorted restaurants found here are both excellent. Avoid the Garden Suites, unless you like older and larger rooms. As throughout Thailand, the internet rates charged here are too much. Use the numerous internet cafes in the area, which are open 24/7 for a fraction of the cost. No extra charges for that companion either!

Good size of room with lounge area TV system, poor quality picture, only a limited selection of channels, hardly any english speaking channels and no sport channels I have stayed at Windsor suites several times previously and always enjoy my visits. I find the hotel is very well positioned for access to BTS and there is a good selection of local restaurants and bars close by, but without being in the busiest part of the city for traffic.

Cost for Value, clean room Not known to taxi drivers, people Good for long term stay like 1 week, 1 month who does not want to have serviced apartment. Good enough breakfast buffet and cleanness. Not delux nor top class hotel, however good to stay comfortably. Soi 20 is not bd place and restaurant, shops are closely there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Asoke, Prompon both BTS stations are walking distance.

Staff was friendly and we were upgraded to the newer room in the new wing. Convenient to walk to bts skytrain about 10 mins. They have shuttle to the emporium. The breakfast is good with wide selection from (i would say) chinese to continental. Overall, is very convenient and clean hotel. Rooms are ok as we stayed in a suite.

Good location - good price, spacious room Time to change fittings in rooms This is good hotel but need to refurnish. The staff at the door were not too friendly especially the one was trying to pull fast one on me with taxi driver. Best feature nice -swimming pool - friendly staff at pool bar. I will not use same hotel for my next trip to Bangkok - I was with my daughter 16 years old and I asked her what she thought of the hotel- her answer was NICE HOTEL BUT I WILL NOT USE FOR SECOND TIME. The front desk staff was excellent. Almost everything about this hotel is a con !!!! Check in at this hotel is the only strong point. Everything goes downhill from there. They put us in a room in the annex, right beside the construction going on next door. The bath drain was clogged so water was an inch deep in the bathroom after taking shower. Their was a hot water pot in the room but no coffee or tea packets were included. The hot buffet was cold, the coffee bitter.
Overall, I would never stay there again. There are just too many nicer places in BKK for the same price or less.
Travel tip : there are some decent eating places nearby

Pool should be free of charge to non corporate guests. Nice clean hotel, probably good for business visitors to the city.
