Toilet in rioom did not work properly. For a time I was without lights This should not be rated a four star hotel. The lobby is huge and beautiful but things go fownhill from there. I had to call about 10:00 p.m. to get my toilet fixed. It was not fixed properly and nexr morning they had to come back. Embarassing.
The lights were somehow set up to be dependent on a clock. If the clock got unplugged, off went the lights. Very frustrating

Good location, close to BTS. Nice pool with loungers, good for sunbathing. Must have had its day 10 - 15 yers ago, but the hotel is definately sarting to feel dated now. Rooms in the old wing are a little tired, dark and in need of a refurbishment. Over priced gym and internet. Expensive brekfast definately not worth it. Stayed at the Windsor a few times now, but unfortunately this was my last. Aside from the overly expensive internet ( 600THB / day , 150 THB 30 mins! ) The final straw is now they have started charging residents 350 THB to use the gym. I used to like it because it was on Sukhumvit and the baggage room was convenient for me to leave luggage I didn't need when I went to the islands, but there are many other hotels, of better standard for less money.

great location, lots of restaurants around, close to BTS & LRT Internet very expensive. cast 300 bhat per hours Nice location. Just only 5 minute walk from TBS & LRT station. Around the hotel having alort massage center & deffrent kind of restaurant. But, the internet charge is crazy expensice. Thought want to do the work at room, end up need to walk to starbuld online. Now aday still got 4 star hotel need to pay for the internet, i think this is the only 1. If you come over for business trip this is not the first chooce. If travel, here is good enough for what you pay .
Nightlife Tip : Near by the hotel you can find a Coco bar & good food around the hotel. But they can't speak english.

Hotel is located 10 minutes (walking)away from BTS allowing easy access to the city. Very convenient if you come to Bangkok by a car (covered car park available).
Rooms are fairly standard, but quite pleasant for a short stay. Check-in/check-out can occasionally be long when a large group (e.g.)attending seminars is arriving or leaving.
Overall, good hotel with convenient facilities.

great location, great neighbourhood, newer part of the city, lots of restaurants around, close to BTS, good breakfast, spacious room, great views from the higher floors, hairdresser on the ground floor handy If you are booking through Agoda and get a great deal Windsor Suites will charge you for gym facilities 350 bhat per day; internet is 10 x the price then everywhere else; capucinno 130 bhat in the lobby incl. As already mentioned about the hotel is well situated, in a clean new part of BKK, BTS station is just around the corner, there are plenty of restaurants and entertainment around the place. The rooms as such are a little bit oldish but still very good quality for this price range. I have been upgraded on my arrival, staff was friendly and helpful. There is also a travel desk, spa, gym and pool. Great views from the pool side. I had to pay for the gym on the first day but negotiated a complimentary voucher for my second day, in my opinion if I book with agoda or not, gym should be free of charge. Internet was very expensive you can just go across the road to a guesthouse for cheaper internet. For a short trip excellent choice.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take a taxi and go to Vertigo Roof Top Restaurant, it is absolutely stunning.
Take a BTS to the River and then a Boat for a River Cruise.

mediocre, cries for renovation, outdated TV sets staff is ok but everything else in this hotel cries for renovation, painting, and thorough maintenance. location is ok, breakfast is good.all in all with few more dollars you can stay in much better hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Italian restaurant next to is great and there is a great restaurant on Sukhumvit 29, food for the gods.

Nice pool. Good location. The rooms in the suites wing are not worth the extra cost compared to the other wing. Reception poorly managed. Our room was not ready when we arrived at the hotel after 3pm. The man who claimed to be the manager at the reception (on November 1st) said that rooms are "subject to availability" even though we had booked two weeks ahead. When we finally got a room it was awful. When asked, the manager said that he had decided to downgrade us because we wanted our room so "soon". We finally got the "Minister suite" we had booked but that was just a slightly larger version of the other one.
Our friends stayed in a standard room in the other wing. The room was in a better condition than our "suite".

Cool and warm place to stay The great place to stay. the Hotel staff is very supportable and help as much as they can. View from room is really good from every room. All the 5* standard are maintend in the hotel. But its not good in terms of security of guest. Anyone can enter and go to lobby without any problems.
Partition of hotel in 2 building is really superb and the bakery in 1st building is really freaking.

Reasonable price Carpet was not clean
Sometimes stingy smell was noticed from the carpet It was very effective booking made through AGODA.
Hotel was very comfortable by all means. I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok. Close proximity to shopping malls, skytrain and dining was a plus point. Free breakfast was very good. Price was reasonable. Hotel staff was very courteous. Booking on-line was simple and effective.
Shopping Tip : Robinson store is a wonderful place to shop. I did all my shopping from there without any problem

Service, Service, Service. This hotel could be the trainer for many hotel throughout Thailand. They really wanted us to be their customer and remember that we got really good service from them.
The only thing I wish they would have with their beautiful morning breakfast buffet, was good old american ,"BACON" That was the only thing missing.
I have stayed at the Windsor 4 times now, and this hotel has them all beat for the price and the service that we received. We used all of their resturants, used the booking service for tours in the city, and also use the front door people to get us a specialized taxi (van_) I have also written to the hotel manager, expressing my gratitude for the way his employees and staff made our stay special.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You've gotta go see , "Siam Niramit" It was a wonderful show and dinner.

the poola rea is great, but needs equipment maintenance and updating the room is old and the bathroom in need of repair work, not so clean either. The curtains in bedroom are dirty. The hallway to the room always smell bad the check in was good expirience, easy and friendly service. The restaurant was clean and breakfast was sufficient for the money. The room was not good and I expected more clenliness and better maintenance. The bathroom was outdated and in need of repair and more thourough cleaning.

everything was for the very best well for the first time , i really have to say that my stay at this hotel was perfect , i will be back and i recomand hardly not to hesitate and get the upgrade to minister suite , you won't regret it , only for a few dollars more , the staff was extraordinary fantastic , sorry , nothing bad , all perfect , i wish to anyone to enjoy it as well as we did with my wife , the best experience ever in Bangkok . so , Good luck !!!
Travel tip : you get everywhere in a few minutes , any thing you need or wish is at a walk distance
