pool, fridge, tv great shower.

bit far from main road.

The wobari hotel is conviently located for shopping in bangkok, with good access to the bts skytrain. It is at the end of soi 4 which can be a little seedy but it is at the quiet end with some nice quiet restaurants appropriate for couples and familys. The hotel itself is clean and basic, Ideal for a short shopping stay, I always book in there when on business in bangkok

Restaurant Tip : darwin reastaurant for nice quiet meal

price and location

a little far from most things in the area

I would call this a budget type room, basic and in expensive. it is clean and comfortable, but don't expect a 4 or 5 star room. But it is well worth the price. I would stay again for certain. If you are the type who wants lots of amenities in a hotel, spend more to do it elsewhere. nicer rooms can be found nearby for about twice the price, but i would and will stay again. It is clean, comfortable and safe, and the location is good but a little farther away from most attractions in the area, but that's what cabs are for.

great location and fabulous price. Room clean and comfortable.

Room very small but at that price not really an issue I could complain about.

I tried to check in for just one night at about 20.00 on a Thursday night. Got back to the room about 03.00 and slept to around 10.00. Room was very small but the bed comfortable and room clean. Bathroom same. I went down to reception in the morning and explained I had not paid for breakfast but was given a ticket for 150 baht deducted from my 1000 baht deposit. The breakfast was pretty awful. It was 10.00 and breakfast ended at 10.30 but there was no western food left only Thai or toast. The Tea and Coffee were cold and the heaters switched off. I understand it was late(ish) but something should be available until the prescribed closing time I feel. All in all a good choice at that price.

Nightlife Tip : Close to the Sukhumvit nightlife but still far enough away. It is NOT "on" Sukhumvit Road as its own website claims but a good 15 minute walk away.

Friendly staff, good food @ reasonable prices.

Pool much smaller and it needs to be cleaned more often.

All in all I was happy with my stay at Woraburi. It is close to restaurants, bars and the sky train, and far enough away to be quiet and relaxing in the evening if eating at the hotel's restaurant. Staff are friendly and attentive. I would recommend taking advantage of the inclusive breakfast, as it is a buffet and good value.

In a lovely quiet area of Soi 4 - far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Nana Entertainment Complex

Some people will not like the location at the far end of Soi 4 but there is a tuk tuk at the hotle to take you to the Nana area and Soi 5/7

We have stayed here numerous times. The winning factors for us are the location (quiet in essence but close enough to the main entertainment areas of Sukhumvit) The staff are really excellent and will always go out of their way to help you. The rooms are good with inexpensive products in the fridge, a decent TV and bathroom area - insulated from all the noise of the Nana area. The restaurant is very good and there is an excellent in house tour/trip advisor who can book you onto some exciting visits far and near. A nice little internet area and a chilled out dining area where you can relax in peace. Just outside the hotel - and a short walk are some lovely little thai restaurants/bars & 10 minutes to the Nana Entertainment Complex/Nana Hotel area. If you want to relax in comfort from the hustle and bustle that is Bangkok - then this is the place for you.

Hotel Feature Tip : A quiet well appointed hotel well located in that it is far enough away from the noise of Nana Entertainment complex but only a 10 minute walk to main Sukhumvit road

In the center of a busy area, access to the highway. Easy to get in and out. Very clean comfortable place to stay.

Nothing bad to say about the place.

Excellent place to stay for a few nights if you are passing through Bangkok. No problems at all.

Hotel Feature Tip : Walk outside to your left a block or two to get a much less expensive taxi.

The staff, especially the front desk, are awesome! Excellent location, nice swimming pool, guest friendly, and quiet.

Wifi prices are quite high. Travel desk is a rip-off, you're much better going to one of the independant travel agencies located up and down the street.

I really like this hotel. The girls at the front desk are so nice and helpfull! All of the staff did an excellent job. My room was kept very clean, the air conditioner and refridgerator worked perfectly. The pool and pool area are well maintained and very clean. There is no hassle over having guests to your room. There is a nice bar and restaurant should a monsoon hit and you don't feel like getting wet.

Restaurant Tip : Walk out the hotel restaurant and turn right on Nana. Walk to the last restaurant on the right before the gate to the Tobacco factory. The food is excellent, the prices are excellent, the owners are very friendly and won't try to cheat you. And stay away from the travel desk. The girl is very nice and helpful, but their prices are too high and at least one of the companies they represent is no good.

Close enough to Nana Plaza, but far enough to be quiet.

If you don't like to walk, you may consider something up the street.

I thought the location of this hotel was perfect. About a 5 minute walk to the bars, yet far enough away to remain quiet. Because of the price range of this hotel, you will meet many younger backpackers here, and have many interesting conversations over very cold and a little pricey beers in the bar. I will stay here again.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't use the travel desk, go to an agency next door to the hotel and you can save up to 50%.

friendly desk staff, cheap

Standard rooms are very, very small

THis hotel is an easy in and out place. We booked it as a cheap place because of a very late flight. Front desk staff are very polite and efficient. The room is very basic, but generally clean. No view from the windows makes it feel like a guesthouse. Lobby is open and nice. Front restaurant a good place for a drink. Swimming pool to small unless you're the only one in it.

Amazing Rooftop Pool Very Helpful Staff Good Food Free Tuk Tuk ride to Sukhumvit Water Actually Gets Hot

Overpriced Airport Taxi Most Rooms Smell Strongly of Smoke Towels are old and stringy Kind of Dingy

A little run down for the price, but Agoda has the best deal. Once you spend a few hours at the rooftop pool you no longer care about the room rate. Jets, wisteria, bar, close restroom, comfy lounge chairs... quite nice. If you are a non-smoker be sure to push for a room that doesn't smell smoky, even if it means seeing 4 or 5 rooms and threatening to switch hotels. Go to the street for a taxi to the airport and be sure they run the meter. If they play the "broken meter" game, pay no more than 300 baht, which is a bit much.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Great tattoo parlor down Soi 4, closer to Sukhumvit, above a pool bar. Eak is very talented and sweet. If you like to exercise be sure to jog over to Lumpini park early in the morning. It is an experience not to be missed.
