Good Staff

Dirty old rooms. Bed had springs coming out and difficult to sleep.

You can find better for even this price. Or pay more and have a brand new hotel. Shop around and avoid this place.

1) Good location. A short walk to BTS. Nana Station. 2) Good buffet breakfast was included. 3) Clean. 4) Friendly staff. 5) English spoken and understood fairly well. 6) Tuk Tuk service to Sukhumvit. 7) Did not eat in restaurant but menu was varied and prices seemed reasonable.

1) Old television sets and reception not good. 2) Small swimming pool but rooftop with view. 3) Room lighting dim (probably to save money). But room needs one good reading lamp conveniently located. 4) No fitness room. 5) Lights over bathroom mirror dim also.

This was not the first time I stayed at the Woraburi at Sukhumvit and Soi Nana. I think it is a fine budget hotel. It is conveniently located to Sukhumvit and the BTS skytrain Nana station - just a short walk. There is reliable tuk tuk service provided free of charge to guests. The tuk tuk runs every half hour. My stay included a buffet breakfast which was varied and good. The reception staff spoke and understood English and always had a friendly smile. On the negative side the roof top swimming pool is small but affords a nice view. There is no fitness room which is not a problem for me. I think the televisions need updating as they are old and the reception is not as good as I think it should be. The bathroom light over the mirror is dim as are the lights in the room which makes for shaving and inserting contact lenses hard. But all in all, I was pleased with the hotel.

Nightlife Tip : Try out the Check-In for a good meal and listening music by some Filipinas.

Has everything most people need in hotel on a smaller scale. Staff were awesome. Take the buffet breakfast package.

Rooms a bit worn, but well spacious. A longish walk from the main road.

A bit of an unexpected find in seedy Soi 4 (Soi Nana), Sukhumvit Road, Woraburi is nevertheless a great place to be for travellers who don't want to blow their budget for a central location, yet want a real hotel (not hostel!). You get a rooftop pool complete with poolside bar, ground floor brasserie, and traditional massage and tailor shops on the ground floor too. If shopping is what you're after in Bangkok, it's close to Sukhumvit Road's mega malls, a taxi ride/MRT trip away from the Suan Lum night bazaar, and still acceptably close to everywhere else. The staff are faultless and always eager to help, and you have got to try their buffet breakfast which is fantastic for the price. The only two faults I can think of is the rooms are a bit worn (I don't mind a shower but wouldn't soak in a bath) but spacious; and it's a bit far for some to walk to the main Sukhumvit Road. The hotel provides a free tuktuk service to the main road every half hour though.

Nightlife Tip : The entrance of Soi Nana is as seedy as seedy gets. However, it may be good fun if you're into people watching. Try walking all the way down Soi 7 on the other side of Sukhumvit for real clubs - the kind with international DJs.

The staff seemed very professional, respectful and willing to help

Everything besides the room seems a bit overpriced, 100 baht for a half hour of internet, hah! The complimentary beer turned out to be only some sort of tang juice

There is a massage store located inside the woraburi that is open until 300 am which was great for me as I had to fly early that same morning so i was able to get a nice 2 hour massage before my long flight at an odd hour for not too much!

Travel tip : try to get the taxi cab to drop you off at the front of the street or at the other end of the soi rather than sometimes battling the traffice and them not beaing able to find the hotel./....

Cheapest around the area.

Too far from nightlife. room needs to refreshed immediately

The hotel and its room looks very different from what it advertised in the webpage. And i didn't expect it is situated at the end of the street (Soi 4). Walk to the main street took about 10 minutes, and about 15 minutes to Nana skytrain station, about 8 minutes to Nana Plaza. Be extra careful when travelling alone at night because the street is not well lit especially 500 meters before the hotel. Room is are from yester-year and the room walk way is not well lit. Room Seriously need to refreshed.

Staff friendly.

I had expected a hotel on Sukhumvit, instead got an ageing guest house at the far end of soi 4. Pretty far away from Sukhumvit. I did not stay there even though my room was pre-paid and I could not get a refund. This place would be OK if it was 500 Baht on Kao San road but it's not.

Owner refused to refund me money for one night, or anything at all, even though I immediately checked back out after seeing the room. A partial courtesy refund would have been appropriate, unprofessional behavior shall be noted here. I saw very basic rooms in an old building. Considering what you can get around this area in BKK for the same price, it's far below par.

Nightlife Tip : Obviously this place is right next to the red light district. If that's your thing, great, but not recommended for families.

Most things were good cannot think of any

Nice Hotel-short walk to nightlife,bars,restuarants,7 eleven,in fact everything is close. Many tourists frequent this area around Nana plaza-can be a little sleazy, but if you can get around that it is ok.Food drinks is also expensive here around here as many single men go to this area and pubs stay open until the early hours. The Hotel is good, friendly staff good breakfast and room clean.

Travel tip : Nana BTS at end of street and turn right-about 900M

Room not too big. Ensuite OK. Position is good. Internet service and pool. Staff overall very good.

Odds & ends from room fridge are Pang Mak mak.

As Arnie would say "I'll be back"

Nightlife Tip : Nana Plaza is a disgrace. Stay clear. 2 StarBucks nearby and a wide choice of shopping outlets. Skytrain is good and easily accessible. Choice of pubs, not bars, makes it an easy place to enjoy.

Situated in a quiet area. The reception was friendly. They have a tuk tuk that takes you to the beginning of the street - very convenient. Clean place.

The location is very far in from the main road. Quite a fair walk to the hotel from the nana MBT train station. Prefer if the floor is carpeted. No free internet.

The hotel is clean. However the walk from Nana MBT station is a bit far away and when you have luggage, it is a hassle to carry. Location wise very good as most street shops are around there. Would have prefered if the place was carpeted. One thing not good is that you have to pay for internet access and even when you pay for it, the internet is still slow. Breakfast was average.

Hotel Feature Tip : Make sure you take the free hotel tuk tuk that takes you to the beginning of the street.

I stay here most times I visit Bangkok and find it the same standard everytime very good, near nightlife but also far enough away to be quite, staff always nice and helpfull, big comfotable rooms(superior)clean and good selection of food at breakfast.

Hotel Feature Tip : Superior rooms are much bigger than standard for only a couple of pounds more def worth it.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, quiet location

Why pay a 1,00 baht deposit?

A 10 minute walk down Sukhumvit Soi 4 road - just far enough away from the crazy Nana Hotel/Plaza/Golden Bar area. The staff are friendly/helpful and the facilities at the Hotel (pool, internet cafe,restaurant/bar) are very good. The rooms are pretty good and spacious - the mini bar is reasonably priced and there seems to be hot water always online in the shower. Breakfast is very good (Thai/Continental/Amercian) and the staff in the bar/restaurant are always keen to meet the Customers and talk with them which I find charming. There is a free tuk-tuk to the main Sukhumvit road but is good fun to walk from the Woraburi to the Nana Hotel area as there are numerous bars (all nationalities), music bars, restaurants. This really is the best part of Bangkok and the Woraburi provides a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the main area. Highly recommneded

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The travel advisor in Reception provides a large range of day trips. Get on the night cruise - the Chao Praya Princess - buffet and excellent music as you cruise up and down the river.

good location

small room

Good value for money. This hotel is closed to the main street.Although the bar pubs with full of thai girls and western are minutes way so a little bit noisy street, I still reccomend this hotel.Staff is very polite and helpful. When I checked out 5:00 am in the morning, they already called taxi and I was impressed.
