The staff were helpful and try their best to help.
The rooms renovation is needed to keep up with competition. Lobby not at level one . Not so easy to find
I think the price is quite competitive and services is good. Hardware grading will help and more and better signage to help the customers find the hotel .The food range for breakfast is quite limited . Some variations of Menu will add to the variety .Swimming pool is hardly in used . Got to let the guest knows the pool when check in

Nice hotel. Clean and helpful staff.
We take two bedroom suites, but a bit disappointed that only have one bathroom to share.
We have a nice experience in this hotel, small but nice. Easy to catch taxi from there although not facing the main road.
But many taxi drivers don't know this hotel. Too bad when we wasted too many times to search during our first arrival. We charted taxi from Airport around 12pm, from airport to that area is around 50 minutes, but the driver take more than 50 minutes to search, and stop to ask for the real location for 3 times. When we arrive at the hotel, it is around 2pm. Terrible experience.
We went for business trip. Queen size bed is not really suitable for two person unless couple.
Hotel Feature Tip : Need to have a clear location map and telephone number of the hotel, so that can contact the hotel when taxi driver cannot find the location.
