Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. A super hotel catering for a wide range of guests
Roof pool.. very good breakfast included
8.7
I have found the Zenith the best hotel in the Sukhumvit area at the discount price when booked via Agoda.
Although I cannot afford to use many of its excellent facilities including bar and restaurant.. it is a very good base to stay.
It is in a very convenient location for the the various attractions in the locality and for the Skytrain.
The availability of a wide breakfast menu included in the price and the roof pool*(with bar) to enjoy during the day or for a cool off are big plus points as far as I am concerned.(though I am surprised at the fewer loungers since my last visit)
I was however, disappointed by the difficulties in getting wifi access ..which at least was free on my last visit.. and I ended up having to buy an internet card
From what I have experienced or observed, the Zenith caters extremely well for budget travellers like myself.. as well as for more affluent or business guests

Best location and comfort.
Location, BTS, Sukumvit shops, restaurants etc.
8.3
We were hear by accident about 17 years ago. We fell in love with the rooftop pool and unobstructed view of the city. Location to food shopping and BTS is awesome. Staff helpful, quiet lobby, excellent buffet included in our very reasonable price and has a gym. We travel a fair bit, via BKK twice a year and with the BTS at the door we will use it more.
Rooms getting a bit dated from when we were here last. Lobby however is much improved.

Motel is on a really busy road. It is faster to walk own the road than to catch a taxi.
I don't believe the motel earnt the number of stars it has been given, it wasn't very nice at all. It was badly in need of refurbishment.
One plus was that there was lots to pick from at breakfast, but if you we're there outside peak times then there was less options.

The Hotel is in center of Nana, all cane be reached by walking dissidence.
Very modern and good-looking Hotel, with a clean eating rooms and good breakfast.
Comfortable and large bedrooms and bathrooms , the TV is to small and old fashion and dose not fit to the modern Hotel equipment.
Staff very friendly and helpful, the Hotel has 4 lifts and easy to catch.
Great deal and very good value !!
Nightlife Tip:
Great night life with many restaurants and bars.

Great location. Lousy wifi
Close to Bumrungrad Hospital
7
I stayed here six nights. There is free wifi in restaurant. But not in room. I paid for wifi in room and it was weak and slow. The password and username was badly printed and every day I had to go to reception to get help with code. What a waste of time and money. Cleaning dept. Doesn't keep records of which rooms are cleaned. The first day they knocked on my door three times requesting to clean room which was done in morning. They never vacuumed my room the whole time I was there. Rooms are quiet and comfortable.nice breakfast buffet with many choices. Service is slow at lunch .
Hotel Feature Tip:
I could walk from my room to doctors office in hospital in less than 10 minutes.

i like this hotel although over the years it is getting tired.
the rooms are ok but the breakfast is not a s good as it used to be. i liked it when there was more thai food on offer. now the breakfast is more western although there is a lot of middle eastern food for the many guests from that region.
over all i would stay here again.

I was pissed off by this hotel
Room comfort and their restaurant
7
this hotel was ok overall but bit challenging to communicate in english with their staff. the issue was that they dumped out my luggage and other stuff out of my room without my presence and approval. when i returned to the hotel on check-out day, it was 11 am (check out time is 12!) and my room was cleaned. i lost my cosmetic kit, jacket, my own toothpaste as well as my expensive electric toothbrush.
Travel tip:
Never leave your expensive items in your room! They are not responsible at all.

Quiet room.
Curtains actually close out the light.

Clean and quiet. Friendly cleaning staff. Pool has good sun. Good breakfast and good coffee which is unusual in BKK Hotels. I personally don't follow any special diet, but the menu caters for Halal food. The only negative is there is no free wifi in the rooms, you have to go to the lobby or restaurant. You can get wifi in the room, but at some inflated cost.
