Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Cheap option close to bus terminal
5
We’ve stayed here before and although not quite a resort, the complex is nestled around a pond giving that peaceful ambience. When we booked they only had the cheap rooms available but once we arrived I had checked on Agoda to find that all the rooms we’re now available so the actual manager wasn’t available at the time, the obnoxious and rude gay person in charge (no offence to gays) as I have many friends that are gay, had absolutely no manners what so ever and for the first time in Thailand, even though I had offered what ever difference for an upgrade, I was refused! My money was no good even though the younger gentleman at reception had already given us a price and option to upgrade!
In the 7 days we stayed there not once we’re we greeted with a good morning, good afternoon or good anything for that matter.
The room was a 2 star at best with its only attribute being an LCD tv. No tea-coffee making facilities apart from the one near reception between 7am-10am so we went an bought a kettle!
We gave our key to reception and vacated the room 2 days in a row at 7.30 am and returned both days at 4pm only to find the room hadn’t been cleaned both times in over 7 hours of being empty! It wasn’t the cleaners fault and I chalk it up to poor management.I have stayed in over 180 hotels across Thailand and I find this to be a big problem having worked in 5 star hotels before.
The breakfast was cooked to my liking, not buffet but traditional American style. The hotel is about 400 metres away from the bus terminal and a car or motorbike is needed to get around.
There are a lot of insects about and be prepared to find geckos roaming around in your room!

I booked a Villa and this was just what I was looking for. Nice and quiet surroundings but still close to Buriram city. Woke up to bird song and had breakfast in beautiful garden surroundings. Staff was very helpful with info on Buriram and could arrange tours, motorbike/car rental on the site. Will stay again. Absolutely worth the money.

Nice and clean hotel
Good location, friendly staff
8.3
Good location near Buriram bus station. Friendly staff as well. The rooms are quite dated, but spotless clean.
They allowed us to check-in at 5.30 AM ... Excellent!
Restaurant Tip:
There's a really nice restaurant near the hotel, beside the railway. Can do your own BBQ.

Great value, although not the best hotel we've been in,was at a great price. Breakfast was a bit ordinary, but was free. Staff are friendly, but don't comunicate well. I was lucky to have a Thai speaking partner. Bed was comfortble, shower could have been better, but did the job. I will certainly stay here again.

this hotel is not so easy to find even though i saw some signs for the resorts. half of those signs were in thai only. the resort itself is quite pleasant and the room (i took a villa) was very clean and comfortable. wifi signal strength was excellent. the only negative i have against this hotel is the key deposit and it not being forthcoming about returning your money if you forget on check-out like i did.
Hotel Feature Tip:
This hotel has a "feature" of collecting a 100 baht key deposit, unlike any hotel I've been to in S.E. Asia. Don't forget to ask for your money back when leaving as the receptionist did not return my money upon check out, even though I sat there for a half hour with breakfast. Maybe they forgot too or maybe it's a way for them to make more money.

Nice resort with basic service
close to town and hospital
7
We went to Buriram to visit a friend. The rooms (we needed two, as we have two children) were clean and quite acceptable. They were serviced daily, but were quite small. There were no coffee and tea making facilities, nor was there a safe (for the security of passports etc), so we were forced to take our valuables with us. There was a refrigerator, so we could take some food items with us, but there was nowhere to prepare food. Access was also quite difficult through very nartrow access roads.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There are a number of interesting sites to see, but the resort has little information about them and you may need a local to advise you of where to go.

Very Basic
The dinner you should try

We stayed there two nights. The staff is engaged. The manager speaks english, but other staff do not. It was hard to find the location. The dinner food was okay, the breakfast below standard.
