The hotel is newly built/renovated and is very clean and fresh. Great quiet/not smelly air con. Good location for the durian festival and well worth the price. The staff cannot speak English though, but are nice and helpful. Rooms with garden view (more accurate - parking lot view) were a bit more noisy during night time because of a close by bar, so if you are sensitive - ask for a room on the opposite side (facing a garage building).
