hotel has 4 floors and no lift. Staff did not help with luggage to go to 4 floor. What they called breakfast is uneatable soup. Brackfast is served in the reseption and coridors, there is no reastaurant. Bathroom and toilet are flooded after use and stink. There is no way to hang clothes in the room. Noisy disko club is too close to the hotel. It is not possible to sleep until 3am. Parking is too small. Cannot complain because the staff does not speak word English.

This hotel was booked at the last moment, principally because I wanted something in walking distance of restaurants, etc. the Inn Chan is new, it's clean and the staff is good and friendly....BUT, this is not a hotel of comfort and convenience. The bathroom is Thai style and if you can't shave by the light of a 15 watt bulb, forget it. The air con was fantastic. The hotel uses actual keys and you only get one...which you must surrender if you want your room serviced. No safe....no coffee making in room. Hotel provides a tasty breakfast....if you like boiled rice (I do). In short, this hotel is probably better for the budget-minded young person. I'll be looking for more stars in future trips to Chantaburi.
