This hotel only caters for Thai speaking people.

As I have mentioned this hotels staff can only speak Thai which is great for Thai speaking people but for everyone else its a major hardship. To be fair very few people in the entire district can speak another language and they don't seem to have many foreigners in the area. The water from the taps in the bathroom was a disgusting yellow I did my best to describe what I meant to the reception and went out for the day, on my return I asked if it was fixed and after a lot of re-explaining was told to run the taps for ten minutes each time I needed a shower or to brush my teeth. I wanted to change rooms but didn't feel capable of asking them.
The TV had no reception to any channels, the light by the bed was broke and a price list for laundry was hidden in the closet. Staff tried to hide from serving me due to the language difference and for my whole stay one lift was broke and on the last day two didn't work leaving one working.
No receipt given though I asked.

location is very near to gems market and shopping area. It is easy to continue to travel to attraction areas with easy to connection to everywhere.
The room is big and clean , hotel provide convenient parking space for vehicle, breakfast is value for price. Overall for staynhere, the price is value for our money
