New, nice, clean and good value for money
near the center and the moat, not far from airport, sufficient parking space

really nice and clean room, even top of cupboard clean. small but sufficient room, nice design although much concrete. have wifi free of charge. aircondition rather slow and tired, which was mor of a nuisance because you can only use it, when in the room (key card only) and the s wall got hot as a stove in the sunlight.
but overall really good value for money. ideal for a business stay.

We're the first time to chiang mai, this hotel easy to find and modern wire luxaury style facilities in the room is good just only some smell with the air condition the location is simply and nearby walking street which we can find the local restaurant quite to sleep and staff is good communicate.finally this is the budget hotel in chiangmai
