We booked the room with shared bathroom, the theme of hotel is retrospective, there is many typewriter, lamp, cabinet for decoration. you like go back in the eighty years. The shared bathroom is clean, but the room have little bit dust. Staffs are friendly, they asist you to solve problems, you will be feeling good.

PS. you must provid the slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste by yourself.

It's homely guesthouse. Room is a little bit small but very clean. I stayed in the room with share bathroom. The bathroom were very clean. They changed the towel everyday which is unexpected for the guesthouse. On the top floor is the big balcony where you can lay on and read your favorite book. They have no breakfast but many restaurant around.
Restaurant Tip:
Many restaurant around guesthouse. I recommend "HATENA" japanese fusion food on Nimmanhaemin Soi 11

Love the area, Nimmanhaemin. This guesthouse is in a really central area for this neighborhood, so you're surrounded by great shops, food, etc
Guesthouse itself is fine, nothing to complain about. The shared bathrooms are a little meh, but it was a cheap place.

The guesthouse was quite great. The location was close by to all the nightlife activities in Chiang Mai, and we rented bikes through the guesthouse which would take us anywhere we wanted to go. Very clean, green, nice and cosy. The WiFi worked great in the rooms and they changed and cleaned the sheets everyday. Definitely recommended.

For the budget stayer a great place. Our room was ample and pretty, with a shower room with hot water, the four poster bed with curtains. Small outdoor balcony, which backed onto other buildings, but nice to have an outdoor area. You can head upstairs to the balcony with comfy chairs and overlooking the trees and Nimman st. Room was made up daily which we weren't expecting. Towels changed daily. Clean and friendly. Good location to everything on Nimman st.
Restaurant Tip:
9 on Nimman was great, upstairs watching the street life. Also great brekky place on opposite corner, fabulous fruit drinks and service. Blah Blah Bar was good fun, large, good service, good food. If you find Mr. Yums he does the best coffee and lunch, a tiny local restaurant.

The Baan Say La Guesthouse was very clean and comfortable. Everything you needed was available. Room was small but comfortable.
I would stay there again, even as a couple for a few days. Nice atmosphere and good value for the money.
