good service --- personalble staff

breakfast - restauant --- no pool -- too far out of town

far out of town if you donot have a car or motor bike, great staff , very personable -- break fast sucked -- restaurant not that good and no pool

View when you travel to this hotel ,you well see the view of Doi Suthep near By Chaing Mai University, i love it not to far fronm Chaing Mai National Park, Zoo

The Weak point in this hotel is could you please increase of service free transportation pick up to the airport ,dont' have any guest questionnair the staff could be more friend,more choice of breakfast ,more entertainment for service

Good response by receptionist at 5AM check in

No lighting at restaurant daytime

I have arrived hotel at 5AM because of unscheduled happening with long driving. I have had reservation however I have forgotten printout of hotel details. Therefore I didn't call to hotel about delay arrival. I have long long drive from Bangkok through Khon Kaen about 14 hours... I was so tired and sunrise already... At front desk staff have smile and good response me then I got room and slept in good room...
