All in all a comfortable place to stay. It was a little further from the conference that I needed to be at but a tuk-tuk ride did the job. The staff could've been friendlier but no big deal.

Situated on the miain street of Songkran festival. Next to food stall and convenient shop which open even at mid night. close to sunday market.
