Old hotel, Old facilities
Within 10 minutes walk to night market, Laundry opposite hotel

Bad points:
The hotel a little dark and furnishings are in wood. It gives a very old and dusty feeling. The beds, wardrobe and sofa are a little old. Ceiling is not high, and the air-con is not controllable (even though there is a controller on the wall). Glass bottled water is provided and the water taste different. (one of the suspected culprit of my food poisoning the next day).
Plus point:
Within 10 walk to a nice night market. has cheap laundry opposite the hotel.
Overall, I will not stay here again. EVER...

Tired old hotel
Not much at all was probably quite nice 20 years ago Tv was terrible breakfast was worse

Not good won't bother again if you do book go elsewhere for breakfast as they don't seem able to cope with cleaning or clearing the tables found the same stains on tablecloths 3 days running. Tv reception bad.

Good location close to night bazaar, deluxe rooms are particular good with city mountain view. The pool is good and there is a large gym although dated equipment is in a good condition.. They are particularly strict with check out. Breakfast is a basic buffet but good. Good. Value for money hotel

Excellent experience staying with Chiang Mai Plaza

it was great experience staying in this hotel.
It's newly built hotel, beatufil lobby, spacious room and comfortable bed.
The fitness center is small and dark but the outdoor pool is good.
The food in the hotel is good value too.
3 minitues walking distance to the night bazaar.
15-20 mins from the hotel to the airport by taxi.
The hotel does not provide tooth-brush and toothpaste.
I will come back again next time.

ol, aged, rottlen business hotel...
only the location!!! within walking distance to the night market.

- room not clean, I found a finger and foot nail and a small piece of boken glas, room wasn't vacuum cleaned properly.
- rotten old bathroom, old matrace without topper, could feel the springs.
- first day left the room at 9 a.m., put to clean up at the door, when I came back at 14 p.m., room untouched.
- man receptionist was gay unfriendly, no Thai smile and Thai friendlyness!
