Very comfortable hotel in great location
Location (5 minutes walk to Night Market), comfortable rooms, ample parking space

With its great location close to the Chiang Mai Night Market, it was easy to drive to and from the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. Though seen from outside as a typical white concrete block, the decoration inside the lobby and corridors was exceptionally remarkable (discover it by yourself!). Breakfast was the standard 4* hotel buffet fare.

Nice rooms and hotel. However I did have a problem, with both the hotel. My friend and I stayed for 4 nights, and then extended for 3 more nights. By my mistake,on the re-booking I entered 1 guest.Well,that seemed to become a major problem for several of the staff at the front desk.They would not give us 2 breakfast vouchers, and 1 told me that we would be charged for the extra person. I pointed out that the rate is the same for 1 or 2 people.And we had just stayed 4 nights,paying the same amount for both stays. I went to agoda's web site. I emailed agoda for a new voucher. And then he phoned agoda in Singapore on his iphone.They did send the new voucher,and my friend was granted a breakfast voucher.When we checked out,he was presented with a laundry bill for $33.More than it cost to do the same in USA.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't do your laundry at the hotel.Right across the street is a very nice lady who does laundry very well, and has it the same day; for 30 baht per kilo.

Have stayed a number of times, located close to night bazaar.
Good sized hotel with all you need.
Negative is extremely overpriced wifi, everywhere else is free.
Night shift male manager should learn about customer service.
All other staff fantastic.
Travel tip:
Don't pay for wifi, lovely coffee house with free wifi not far down the road.
