This hotel is very nice for the price...and I haven't found a better value in Chiang Mai...I really like the location and quiet of the neighborhood...lots of conveniences in the area now, even a great internet cafe a few doors down with good coffee, smoothies, and free secure wifi for those traveling with laptops (Cafe L'Amour)
- Shopping Tip : If you walk directly across from the hotel, there is an side street that connects to the Annusarn Night market...a little easier path than winding through all the stalls to get to the night market after you've seen them all before...

Overall the hotel was very good value for money, but the breakfast was very ordinary.
- Nightlife Tip : I loved the nightlife, the markets and the dining was very good.

A high quality establishment, excellent value compared to some of the cheaper boarding houses or lesser quality hotels. Airport transport available for 120Bht
- Travel tip : Close to night market. Walking distance to river cruise jetty.

Definitely try to ignore guys for asking taxi.
Always overpriced and very sly guys.
Overlook what they are doing otherwise you are running into bumpy ride. I was almost kidnapped to some unwanted factory outlet shops outskirt of town.

- Restaurant Tip : Turn left when you exit the hotel and you will find "Jimmy Travel" who will organize an excellent tour of Northern Thailand at an affordable price.
