A wonderful little gem!
The service we received here was exceptional!

From the moment we arrived here we were greeted by a wonderful lady who looked after us so well. The place was clean, tidy and comfortable (apart from the bed which was quite hard) that being said we extended our stay here as we enjoyed the atmosphere so much. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Chiang Mai and the location was pretty good too.

good price rooms r clean ideal location close to the markets an night banazer, would stay here again if in chiang mai.ideal for travlers.booked 4 night s through internet an ended up staying an extra 2 night s over all a nice clean 2 star hotel.

Good value but fairly basic

room consisted of one very small hard bed. a little spent on better bed and some simple furniture in the room would improve this guest house a lot.
getting breakfast earlier than 8 am would be better too.
owner miss sandy is a very welcoming and friendly lady, a bit more effort on above matters and i would stay again.
Travel tip:
Taxi found it difficult to find. Tell driver it is in the block behind Chiang Rai Plaza Hotel

guesthouse quiet close to night bazaar & old town

be careful, some tuc tuc driver and taxi don't know the street, so just tell that it is near the plaza hotel on sridonchai street i'm just give them the name and address in thai (select thai language on agora website and make snapshot of the screen or take a snapshot of the map).
the place is quiet, rooms ansd bathroom was clean, very warm and nice people (family) at the reception !
we had the opportunity to rent motorbike at the guesthouse, easy and convenient !
just one thing could be better : the mattresses were too hard for me, as in some other thai guesthouse...
sure i will come back there.
