very congenial staff, helpful attentive, fortune cookies...what fun!

Stayed 5 nights at the hotel, club deluxe. rooms were fine, buffet breakfast fine, tea spread at club room upstairs could have been better. Excellent service, and very helpful staff,service with a smile. would stay here again at Agoda offer rates.

Go around old city, lovely area.

Lovely room with great view of mountains.
Staff were always vey friendly and everyone from desk staff to the porters had a smile and went out of their way to ask how we were.
Breakfast was very pricey for what was offered.

i have stayed here before and will always stay here whenever i come back to chiang mai !!! the execitive club floor on level 7 is a must add on. the pool is a great place also. i never used the gym but it looks great. the breakfast menu is as good as this travellers has seen. shame now. thought i was going to get a bath but no. still great value and location...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A trip for the day to the golden triangle is ace. John's Gallery (local artist) is a good feeling shop and only about 400 metres from this hotel.

what a great hotel... good staff and a great 'club' room. it is worth the extra just to have a wine at the end of the day and planning the evening and next day. small laundry in back street is very good value as is most of chang mai. except tailor as recommended by hotel...chang mai tailor.. painfull to deal with...try elsewhere.

elephants and tigers are a must

Great location: Close to night bazar, beutiful loby and rooms, good service;
reservations were made with Agoda for 4 nights, but had to leave after 3 nighrts. Manager dis not refund the 4th night....

it was one of the best stay in chiang mai. the hotel is clean and the staff is kind and efficent. The room have all the confort you can expect, the bathroom was the top!

this five star hotel was functionable. everything worked fine but i can't mention anything special. it was low season, so the service was a little bit lazy. specially ibn the pool, the service was not great. but good hotel anyway.
