FX exchange rate for the Euro was 28 instead of 37/38
Trying to sell extras at an expensive rates ...
A little investment, rooms an gym etc have signs of age now ....

The hotel was OK, expected better for a Dusit property. Looked worn and tired. Room needed some updating. Stayed on Executive Floor, stay was OK, but if I had to stay on the regular floors would not.

Stay at Dusit D2 Chiangmai and was very satisfy with the service. Clean room, friendly staffs.Stayed at Deluxe Club, but would be great to have more tidbit such as spring rolls, sandwiches and a but more varities for the Club Lounge.
