Good location but disappointment

The bathroom is bad. The bath tub is high, not conducive to old folks and young kids.
There is no additional water spray near the toilet bowl as with many hotels
The bath ropes were torn!!!

Modern hotel with great staff

Fantastic hotel with spacious, well designed rooms. Clean and very comfortable. The staff was quick and efficient. Buffet breakfast was pricey for Thailand standards but had good variety. Most of the spas, cooking schools and tour operators sent cars to pick up customers when you book and they all knew where this hotel was.

Nice and lovely hotel with good services by all staff.
My son felt down and have small cut on his ear. The hotel staff quickly send us to hospital and guide us along the way. For the next few day stay, every staff who saw us will ask how is my son condition. Feel so homely and lovely with thier concern.
Nightlife Tip:
Night baazar along the street.. every night!

very pleased with the fresh, airy atmosphere. staff were extremely helpful to assist in selection and suggestion of places to visit. f&b outlets tho limited were well presented, delicious and wide selection available.
the best plus point was nearness to shopping
Travel tip:
If your priority is clean fresh hotel with good F&B plus shopping, this is the hotel to choose. You need not take a texi. All you have to do is walk to the shopping street just around the corner.

good service but the room was too small. room service quite expensive but all over if you want to go to vacation, room maybe too small but it is good for business.
Shopping Tip:
If you want to shopping, front of Chai-Mai university is a good place to go.

My friend and I stayed here for two nights. The service was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of. We were checking out of the hotel to go on a two day trekk and allowed us to hold our bags at the hotel until we came back. The rooms were a bit small but didn't really matter since we spent most of our time out the hotel. The night bazarr was also a great area to stay in. I would definitley recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Cian Mai.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you are interested on going on hiking and seeing the villages outside the mountains. i would suggest setting up a two day tour through tigertrail.com

this is a good hotel as I would expect from a 5 star. the rooms are very good size and well kept. we stayed two nights at this hotel with my family and even though this hotel has the the trendy edge to its decor, it is still appropriate as a family hotel. the location is a real plus with the night bazaar by its door step.

The staff were fantastic in booking daily tours around the city and Chiang Rai. I would recommend this place as a great tourist hotel as it is near the night bazaar and have information and bookings on all the relevant things to see and do in Chiang Mai, including khao soy noodles!
