Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Lovely hotel with wonderful staff
Pleasant gardens, great pool, big clean rooms, easy walk to sights, bars and restaurants

We stayed at the Eurana 5 years ago and enjoyed it so booked to stay again. The hotel is just as nice as we remembered it and the staff are all so pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Chiang Mai.

Great deal
Good tourist desk and good spa

see previous comment, this booking was an extension of our initial booking so same comments apply. the only other comment is it is a little high up on moon muang for those wanting to avoid too much walking but we were happy to walk off our meals in this great city.

we had a great stay. initially booked for 3 nights and ended up extending our stay for another 2. the staff were friendly and accommodating. our room was clean and good, maybe a ouch on the small size but then we did get a great deal on agoda so for the price as expected.

Pleasant hotel but room was below standard
Good location and pleasant ambiance where renovated

The break buffet was very good, but the pool which was a reasonable size required a little more attention to cleanig.

dilapidated and moldy with unhelpful staff
in hte middle of Chiang Mai's backpacker ghetto inside the moat and has a pool
5.3
My room felt more like a closet with no external source of light. It was clearly an old building that had not been upgraded or renovated in some time. I believe that the tap water was brown at one point
Hotel Feature Tip:
Certain kinds of hotels in Chiangmai seem to be disgned in a way that natural light is unusual, i.e. they are up-sold guest houses. so take this in to account when looking at 'boutique' hotels.

right next to sompet market. a 10-15 mins walking distance to warorot market and night bazaar. 24 hour coin laundry nearby next to amora hotel. Tour packages were good. We did a khantoke dinner 500 baht per person and a canopy tour 1000 baht per person. free wifi...
cons: rooms are a bit small, some sinks don't drain as well, the first morning we stayed we saw a huge spider the size of our palms crawl out of an air conditioning vent into our room... but it can happen anywhere in Thailand. Family rooms with adjoining doors can be noisy if you have a noisy neighbor.
overall you get what you pay for...
Shopping Tip:
night bazaar and wararot market is a must for shopaholics. you can walk there by thapae rd or from chiang moi rd which is right by amora hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a great location
Great free WiFi, Nice pool, Amazing value for money
9.3
This hotel is tucked away between Soi 6 and Soi 7 with easy access from both sides. A short walk to Tha Pai Gate and many restaurants, banks and services. The room was very comfortable with great room service, a heavenly bed and very quiet. The free WiFi worked perfectly and fast. I hired a scooter and the hotel had ample bike and car parking spaces for guests to use in an area watched by a security guard. The breakfast buffet was extensive and reasonably priced at 120 baht. I highly recommend this hotel!

Cozy hotel hidden in quiet side road
Away from the main traffic arteries, swimming pool

Adequate middle class hotel with friendly, attentive staff, meeting the expectations in comparison with the reasonable price.
