Impressive front desk and service.Room is resonable price , spacy and well function. Have a huge counter size enough for cooking heavy meal but just have no stove in the room.
Restaurant Tip:
the morning buffet is decent

nice rooms, but very americanized. the people at the front desk were nice and helpful. i wouldnt suggest using the tourist information desk though.. it took them 3 days to give us any info on booking train/bus tickets. every time we came to ask them if they had find anything out for us they would say come back in an hour or "i was going to call but then my friend called soo.." we ended up going to town and booking tickets there. it also costs baht for a 3 minute international phone call, and any minutes after that are baht!!! way to pricey, you can walk down the road and call home for baht a minute. the restaurant was also very expensive, we just ate elsewhere.

Nice and very Honest Staff

Nice lobby and service. The internation buffet is cheap,worth and nice, it cost about. The room is very big and beautiful scenary. One night, after enjoying my dinner at the roof top and make the payment by visa card, i just left the restaurant without my card. The card was returned to me the next day. Thank you to the staffs of Furama Hotel.

great hotel for us. we seemed to have got a way better deal than the lady checking in next to us, but i didn't tell her that. the room was clean, much bigger than expected, and the view from our room was nice. we like this place.

a bit out of the way, but we rented motorbikes. room is huge with a nice desk and lounge chair. we were usually the only ones at the rooftop pool. be sure to bring your own coffee, as nestle garbage is all they have. they should source coffee locally, as it's great around town!

A bit out of the way, but we rented motorbikes. Room is huge with a nice desk and lounge chair. We were usually the only ones at the rooftop pool. Be sure to bring your own coffee, as nestle garbage is all they have. They should source coffee locally, as it's great around town!

“Superior Rooms 4 stars unjustified”

Hotel and Superior Rooms review:
1. Only the lobby, restaurant, gym and swimming pool are the 4 stars worth.
The treatment, the rooms and the cleanliness absolutely not. We had a internet offer without breakfast and we just wanted to have a drink at one of the lounge-bars. We were told that this area would be only for VIP which booked with breakfast.
2. The rooms are very poor. Although they are very big and it has a kitchen which makes absolutely no sense because it has only cabinets that contain nothing in it.. Therefore it is impossible to cook. the air-condition is a outdated model that it could not properly cooled our room, in 3 days the technician tried to fix it twice but could not do anything.. The shower door couldn’t be closed right that’s why we had always water on the floor.
3 In the room is a really nice window front with a nice view but it seems that this windows and around have not been cleaned for a year or so. Because the windows are very dirty and outside is all full with Dove excrement (Dirty dirty dirty). This area is located just above the pool. Poor person’s which go for a swim there.

Restaurant Tip:
central mall unofficial food court at the very back on the bottom floor is great!
