rooms are quite large and fully furnished. good facility as well.
it is about 20 minutes away from downtown by taxi. but there are many taxis just outside the hotel and only 20 baht per person. hotel is only walking distance away from central. i will definitely book the furama again if i have chance to go chaing mail.

our stay at furama was quite comfortable. the building looks a bit old and the balconies could do with a revamp. the room was comfortable. the maintenance staff was also very nice. responded immediately to our requests.

furama is a great experience and we had a wonderful stay. rooms are large and comfortable, the staff was excellent. the hotel has wonderful services and a good location.
excellent value for a true 4 star hotel. we will be making more stays at the furama chiang mai.
i am not sure what to make of any negative comments as we never experienced anything but great service and facilities.
Hotel Feature Tip:
use the pool, gym. also use the back entrance to niemanhieman road to get to the main street for shopping and restaurants.
tuk tuk's and redt trucks will get you to most locations for a good price.
the travel desk is overpriced, and same offers can be found for 75% less.
the laundry service was great and a good price.
