Location, staff, happy hour, tailors and massage.

Rooms tired, I wouldn't stay here again because of this.

The location of this hotel is great. 120/150 baht to and from airport. The night market is just around the corner. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and polite. Breakfast is good, so is happy hour! I had clothes made at the tailors ( Meera) and am very happy with them. Massage etc good too. We used Tuk Tuks quite a bit here and they were great! and cheap The downside to the hotel was the rooms. They need completely updating.

Restaurant Tip : We ate at the Shangri-La hotel 2 nights they have a fantastic international cuisine dinner buffet for 300 baht ( yes 300!) a head! There was hardly anyone in there and we were full way before we wanted to be! Give it a try! We also had Afternoon tea at The Chedi! Fabulous!

Great Location. Very nice room and friendly staff.

This hotel was better than we expected after reading some of the reviews. It more than met our expectations and I would recommend the place to anyone visiting Chang Mai. The breakfast was excellent and the only time we had lunch in the hotel we enjoyed.
