Great location and big size very comfortable rooms
Every thing in the room was in order. Staff was very helpful and the selling point is that they provide free transport to night market also.

I liked the hotel in every aspects except that the hose keeping was a bit slow. Internet should be available in the superior rooms also.
Shopping Tip:
If you are on Saturday, Sunday and Monday in Chian Mai, can go to the all the three night markets for better and bargain shopping.

a comfy hotel with basic needs provided. the rooms are spacious and cosy. drawbacks are the limited parking area with tons of birds' dropping! their breakfast are not adequate supply and limited.

a one week stay with my son. hm, they say "free wifi" but not available in the room, you have to go down to the lobby area each time you wanna get connected. sounds from a mosque somewhere around this area late at night and early in the morning - but not very loud. we wondered only the first night why they disturb the other people, got quickly used to it nevertheless.

No wi fi available in room must be in hotel lobby. Room lights key not working had to change room after check in. Staff were quite helpful though. Didn't eat here so can't comment.

We stayed for one night, and had a great stay. When we arrived, the staff spoke great english, and greated us warmly. they arranged for a boxed breakfast as we were leaving early, and gave us suitable options for transfer to the airport.A quiet room for a peaceful sleep.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Take the hotel arranged airport transfer, it's cheaper than other modes of transport.

Very nice and clean hotel. It is very close to the markets and the rates are good for the service. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a good view of the mountains from the room. The in room service was quite good and reasonably priced. We just hired the Tuk Tuk to go to the markets and the local clothing shop.It is centrally located. There is a massage place just outside the hotel which was very cheap after a long day walking, a good massage was at the doorstep.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is very centrally located. We could walk down to the shops or a short Tuk Tuk ride took us near the centre. The McDonalds and starbuck coffee shop is a good meeting place if you are catching up friends. There are a fgew good taylor shops in the area to have pants a nd shirts made to measure.

A very good hotel with everything as expected from smooth check-in to check-out. Our room very spacious with great views of the montains. A choice of restaurants and extensive breakfast selection catering for all tastes. We used as a base for travel to local tourist sites and facilities. Highly recommend this hotel.
