it is classic style hotel.almost of them made and decorated from wood but look old. this is quiet place where suitable for rest.also it is closely with gard suan kaew (central) so you can shopping easily.

Great Hotel with so many extras

This hotel has more pros than cons. Big roomy very comfortable very well equipped clean accomodation. High pressure water hot and cold. View to Mountain and Temple really fabulous.
We were met at airport and given early check in at 0800 and late checkout at 2 pm. No in room safe but you have your own secure cash box at reception.
Nothing is too much trouble, staff were wonderful and will be missed.
Hotel Feature Tip:
We stayed level 7 same as pool. Level 6 is a nice quiet stroll through the hotel to the cinema level within Plaza. Escalators down to ground floor where food halls abound where great food virtually free.

Big room. Next door to shopping centre. Shuttle to night bazaar 50 baht.

I liked the hotel . Not enough signage in how to get in to hotel after hours, hotel main entrance is more or less at rear of shopping centre. I entered via basement no clear signage at all. Hotel does not have free wi-fi which was a shame. Deluxe room was huge and clean. Service was great. I would recommend hotel

it's obviously a very old hotel in need of renovation and the carpet in some rooms is smelly. but the beds are comfy and the sheets very clean and crisp. it's a good location for going to the mall or hospital.

We were a group of 4 golfers who leave the hotel early in the morning around 7.30am and returned after dinner around 10pm. Since the adjoining shopping complex closed at 9pm, we did not have the opportunity to explore the complex and the surrounding.
The lounge has 'Elvis' singing every night and a good place to relax for drinks.
The body and foot massages on the 6th floor were professional and great for golfers.
The hotel is located on Huay Kaew Road and convenient for exploring Chiang Mai.

Good hotel with lots of amenities close by. Hotel needs a refreshing state but still liveable. Some rooms still smell smoke even if they are suppose to be non smoking
